Convenient one block from Metro stop Brochant line 13. Friendly staff, clean and affordable. Lots of options in the neighborhood for restaurants, bakeries and coffee.
No problems for me, however there is no elevator which might be tough for the elderly or disabled. There are a few rooms on the ground floor, so if stairs are a problem ask for the ground floor. This is not the Ritz Carlton, it's a no frills budget hotel.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is quite near to the Metro station, we arrived at midnight, easily found the hotel.
It's not clean enough in the room really. The neighborhood is quite noisy, they were talking loudly even in midnight??! But of course this is not the fault of the hotel.
Close to tube station, quite a few restaurants around
Room was a bit small, wifi wasn't free
helpful staff very friendly. clean and tidy no fuss or clutter. good info maps and sight seeing fliers. close to metro easy to get about city.
no can-can dancers !!!
Hotel was clean, very helpfull staff especially Fares.Location was great with just few steps to metro. For the price the hotel was good. Absolutely I'll come back for more days!
- cheating of the administration - dirty sheets - shower on the other floor
Location is near to subway, it is very convenient.
Very dirty, dust and someone's hair are everywhere
Close to metro station and rer station. Cheap and clean. Nice staff.
The price and location are major pluses of this property. 5 minute walk to the subway. Lots of restaurants and a pharmacy nearby.
Toilets down the the hall Shower on another floor altogether. No elevator. Wear earplugs to bed as the walls appear to amplify sound as opposed to deadening it.
clean and quite comfortable for travelling places in Paris. Easy connection to bus and metro . Good places to eat around.
All 4 nights still use the old blanket.
There is 1toilet for every floor but a only one shower room to the whole building. Our room is in the 3rd floor and we need to go to the 2nd floor to have shower. If you wanyt to take a good shower i would recommend you to bring soap, shampoo and conditioner with you. The hotel provide 1 small sachet of shampoo and a candy size soap. The hotel is not sound proof and you can hear every sound (cry of a baby, closing/ opening of the door, footsteps.) Wifi is not included. I paid for 2day wifi but it's not working. Really disappointed!
size of bed, shared shower two floors down and not on same floor
Good location, very close to metro station
1€ for 1h Wi-Fi, sharing toilet and shower
One of three administrators that I met was nice and keen to help. Location is quit good, it's comfortable to reach other Paris places. Single room was good.
Two other administrators, one didn't wanted to speak in English, other didn't even thought about any help for guest. Internet for 1 eur for 1 hour. Sometimes bathroom was just locked, so no one who didn't had their own bathroom with toilet didn't had chance to get there.
- quiet - got almost everything you need - got towels, soap - free tv
- no elevator (we got a room at 3rd floor) - Wireless was expensive (1 euro / hour) - buses to the hotel weren't excellent
Good location, a number of nice café's in the area, friendly staff members.
WI-FI charge extra, construction work on premises from approx. 08:30 each day. No safe in room for passport/money and you have to hand your key in when leaving the premises.
It makes no sense to charge 1 Euro for Wifi, this should be a free service in hotels.
Great value for money, funny and informative staff. Would highly recommend for travelers not wanting a hostel experience.
Pillows smelled like tobacco smoker. Hot because of no ac. Originally led to a room with a dirty mattress laid against wall. Had to teach front desk guy how to use hotels own credit card machine/ cheap but not worth the terrible experience.
Location nearby moslem food
Location to metro a plus. Price for Paris excellent.
Noisy guests. Too many allowed per room. No elevator walk all luggage upstairs. Small bathroom
some money deducted for cancelling a future booking
too high price for breakfast
Location is close to metro station, many restaurants around, they kind of refurnished some items of the hotel
Linen, the main one was really filthy, and that just ruined everything, from there you start looking meticulously into your bed and you see there's hair from someone else, and you start doubting about the hygene of the hotel. I couldn't sleep that night, sorry I do not recommend it
