They got 40 euros of my credit card to check if I had enough credits to make the payment. What happened was that they let for more then 5 days this value reserved, what it means that I could it use. What I really disapproved.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when asking how to get around.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Low cost and free/easy parking.

A little far from downtown Paris. Needed to take both the train and Metro. This was easy, but I missed the train coming back and had to wait for 45 minutes for the next one.

bathroom lazy cleaned, shower poor installed

Convenient location to travel to Paris and Versailles. Budget friendly.

Renovations were taking place and paint smell was not nice. Can also be noisy

the man who greeted me at the front desk was surly and unhelpful and charge me for room again (I had already prepaid the room). The 2 floor climb up to my room in the dark was not fun. Then after entering the room I was even less impressed. Dirty marks on the walls, wallpaper peeling off the walls, cobwebs and holey curtains set the scene. In the bath room, the cover on the front of the bath was kicked in revealing more spiders and dirt. I was booked in for 2 days and left first thing morning 1. The only saving grace was the young man behind the counter in the morning that refunded my repayment and rang me a taxi

The staff was friendly and pretty helpful. The hotel stays pretty quiet. About a 5-10 minute walk from the Train. This hotel is perfect if you like small towns outside of Paris and don't mind taking the train in every day.

The distance to Paris. It wasn't terrible, but also not what we expected. When we booked the hotel, the address kept popping up for another Hotel Victor Hugo that was inside Paris. We didn't think to double check the address. Rooms are small, but that is pretty typical for Paris.

Die (für mich) zu große Entfernung zum Zentrum Paris.

nao é um hotel 5 estrelas mas nao é mau de todo. os quartos sao pequenos mas limpos e confortaveis. o preço é barato e leva-se com o que se compra. mas nao tenho problema nenhum em voltar.

les chambres simples manquent de petits équipements :rideau de douche,double rideau à la fenêtre,oreiller plutôt symbolique que confortable

Une chambre propre et assez spacieuse pour trois personnes. La salle de bain est neuve et propre. Une bonne situation géographie.

Pas mal de bruit car la chambre donnait sur la rue.
