Excellent Location, great staff.. Very nice Wi-Fi and good that all Best Western has this facility, atleast the one I stayed !.. always a good experience to stay at best western chain.... Hummmm not that I can think of ... except the room was a bit small but then when the hotel is located at a place like this its understandable... |

Taxi service was abominable, as I asked to be ordered a taxi, was ordered a "luxury" sedan, which I was supposed to pay 60 euro for, share with another unknown woman, so as to pay a total price of 120 euro. As I had ordered a normal taxi, i complained, did not receive an apology, but was ordered a real taxi - and payed 45 euros to the airport. Were the staff trying to scam me? |

We upgraded online to a de-luxe room for very little extra. We were very pleased with the room. The location of the hotel was excellent and the surrounding area was good. Breakfast was expensive, but cheaper alternatives nearby. |

The reception staff were very pleasant, tolerating our limited French language. The room was very clean and very quiet. We appreciated the availability of a non-smoking room and that we were able to open the window. |

Excellent location just off Victor Hugo & Arc de Triomophe. Although not huge, the rooms are very good and had all that was needed for an extended city trip. (They are not small, just not american size..) No, I'd plan to stay here again. |

The room is in an excellent location and the staff were very friendly. The rate on the room was very good through booking.com The room was the same as the photos and was what were expecting - so basically a little small. But fine all the same. |

It was a very nice clean and remarkably big double room for Paris. Good value for money. Great location close to Place Victor Hugo metro and eating site. Walking distance to Trocadero. One metro from Champselysee I think the price of the buffet breakfast is very high |

Good location: within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero, Siene River, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, and restaurants. The metro station & parking garage are just 2 or 3 blocks down the street. Felt safe walking in this area at night. Staff was friendly; room was clean; water cooker/coffee/tea and mini bar in room. No outlets in the bathroom but I think that's a European thing. No parking on site but there is a parking garage down the street for about ??27 euro/day. |

It was a very clean and tidy room. Staff was very friendly. Free- internet. The air conditioning was not turned on at all, as a result, the room had poor ventillation. I could not open the windows as my room was on the first floor, facing the street level. |

Close to the Eiffel Tour and plenty of cafe&restaurants around. too much of outside noise and too loud (cars, people shouting) till 3 or 4 am in a morning. This was a room on 2nd floor facing the street. |
