Location good, close to city center and it was very cheap. The floor in the room was not vacuum cleaned. We changed twice and the 3rd room was only acceptable. |

I would have liked there to have been a restaurant. Also the name implies that it would be a relaxing, pleasant environment with perhaps somewhere nice to sit apart from the rooms (which were not particularly pleasant to sit in). However there was no garden at the Victoria Garden Suite and the spa consisted of 2 saunas which is not really what I would think of as a spa, so I felt disappointed when I got there and saw the limited facilities. |

Spacious room, good kitchen facilities so we could buy our own breakfast and eat on the room. Good security as the gate into the hotel had to be opened with our room key-card. The reception was open later that Booking.com said, at least until midnight someone was there. Helfull staff, who printet out bus hours for us. Just a 10-15 minutes walk to central Bordeaux and 5 minutes to the tram station at Place de la Victoire. The room was also cleaned every day, and the bathroom had soap and hairdryer. The beds were not to good, hard on the sides and you sank down on the middle so it was hard to get a good nights sleep. But the window faced the backyard so it was nice and quiet. To little equipment in the kitchen, no wine opener and just one wine glass that was almost broken. No oven, just microwave, but it was ok, we never needed it anyway. |

Petty things. e.g. no extractor fan in wc; no 24 hour security, therefore problems if room key lost (not so petty), run out of cheese and serviettes at breakfast. Requested single beds (5 blokes) given doubles but got singles after discussion. |

The price for this comfortable hotel is good. The furnitures used in our room are nicely chosen. You can nearly hear everything what your neighbors say! |

Relación calidad-precio y su buena situación respecto al centro de la ciudad (15 minutos a pie) No es muy espacioso, teniendo en cuenta que puedes realizar alguna pequeña comida, tienes que comer de cara a la pared y no hay sillas para sentarte |
