Victoria Palace Hotel  

Well-designed and spacious room, which is otherwise rarely for hotels in Paris. Peacful atmosphear. Staff were super friendly and very efficient.

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee preparations in room. The breakfast could be improved. Using wifi is a little bit complicated because of necessity to enter a password every time you need a connection

Very enjoyable eclectic hotel. The junior suites are large and very comfortable, with a luxury marble bathroom.

Wifi conection keeps breaking and not continuance, I personally didn't like the location, but its good for shopping.

Front of house staff were always helpful and friendly, a lovely intimate atmosphere in the bar, where the bar tenders were attentive but not intrusive, and the elegance of the surroundings.

It is very nice but it is not a five star it is a 4 star. Booking always put 5 stars on 4 stars hotel. Booking should be more precise.

Attentive staff. Comfortable room. Excellent bathroom. Insulated windows for sound control. Location and ambience. Morning breakfasts. Relatively small size. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) to Luxenbourg Garden, the Louvre and d'Orsay Museums.

Staff really keen to help, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Rooms are well appointed, very clean & comfortable.

The Hotel is absolutely Wonderful..Old world charm,luxury,and yet modern.The staff are really incredibly helpful,courteous,and just plain nice. I also believe the Hotel is understated and yet total attention to detail,the staff ,well who ever does the hiring did a great job.From the moment my wife and I arrived until we left we the staff made us feel special.Special consideration to Nicolas, and Milica who really were outstanding...and lastly to the owner...my hat goes off to you for making for keeping your hotel this way you obviously Love what you are doing. Очень приятный отель,расположенный в одном из тихих районов города.Приветливый персонал,хорошие завтраки.Стильные номера,хороший бар.Всё очень понравилось.

Het hotel was de inkomst hall aan het renoveren

Sognavo di portare mia moglie in un albergo a 5 stelle, per la notte di Capodanno per celebrare anche il suo compleanno, in realtà l'ho portata in un albergo a 4 stelle peraltro situato in un vicoletto sporco, per nulla sontuoso ed accogliente, che sarebbe a mio modesto giudizio un 4 stelle trasandato e "vecchio" di 20 anni. Emblema ne è la reception che ha I muri lerci (neri di sporco antico) e persino in più punti la muratura e sbriciolata e frantumata. Insomma un albergo del tutto logoro ed inadatto ad essere degno delle 5 stelle ma neanche delle 4, probabilmente!

Le personnel est a l'écoute de ses clients. tout problème à une solution. Le victoria palace hôtel trouve la solution. Je tiens à remercier personnellement le directeur et l'ensemble de ses employés.
