Close proximity to the Stade Aimee Giral (Rugby Stadium) and close proximity to the town centre. Both approximately 10 minutes walk away. Decor was very old and tired. |

This is family run small hotel of the old fashioned type. Large rooms modestly furnished. A pleasant place where you feel safe and free to come and go . Facilities perhaps a bit too modest! |

10 minutes walk from the city center. Old furniture requires renovation. It does not look like the pictures. No air conditioning only a fan, but temperature was acceptable in the August night. |

We couldn't check-in! We arrived late and the reception was closed - we announced that we were going to arrive late, and there was no email, no phone call telling us that it would be impossible for us to check-in that late. Not very correct staff. The location is far from the city centre, if you are on foot has we were. And the neighbourwood in which the hotel is located it's not very welcoming, it looked unsafe. |

The owners couple was very friendly and they offered us a super safe parking place for our car in the locked back yard. It was less than 10 minutes walking down town. We arrived there in the middle of the Thursday evening street festival parties in July/August. That festival was phenomanal. The hotel needs a lot of renovation. Everything is in old condition. We were not allowed to take food to the room, since there were all old carpets on the floor in the rooms (difficult to clean). It was very hot in the room. There was no air conditioning, only a ventilator. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The owners were welcoming and helpful they even moved their car so we could put ours in the car park when we arrived. The only thing I would change was that the shower head wasn't mounted on the wall which made showering an intersting experience. |

The room was really uncomfortable, little space, poor facilities (wardrobe, shower in very bad conditions) and not one single (not even small) table to leave your things on!!! Beware of the fact that you have to arrive at the hotel before 10pm and, not only that, you cannot leave the hotel after that time!!! You are not either allowed to eat nor smoke in the room.... |
