Location - proximity to Rouen Cathedrals / River - walking distance. Public parking near the hotel - quite affordable. The room was very basic and lacked door in the bathroom/toulet, being replaced with a curtain. Overall impression is that the hotel is old and not very well maintained. Could do for a single night, but if you are looking for a lengthy and more comfortable stay, consider other options.

Location is very good. Only 1 minute for the Cathedrale. Also Metro is not far. It was quite cold in the hotel, especially at night. There were no facilities for the ironing clothes.

Very nice location, good parking facility next door (less than 10 euros/night). Right by the cathedral and river so very central. Loved the lift just for the comical value of it being so small, definitely worth having a laugh at. The room was filthy, cigarette holes in a blanket, dirty marks on the bedding cover, dirty marks on the fleece blanket, marks on the wall, towels looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks, plug sockets coming off the wall, only half the lights worked.

Excellent location. No towels in room on arrival. No door on bathroom of what was supposed to be a superior room. Having closed the windows overnight the windows steamed up with condensation due to very poor ventilation.

location perfect parking opposite the hotel (EUR 9 a day though) Waterpressure in the shower too low so it took me half an hour to rinse the soap away; not sure if this was the fault of the hotel of the watercompany though.

A delightful welcome from the patron. Wonderfully situated near the cathedral and city centre. A little balcony especially provided for our dog! A small , but adequate room. No noise from other hotel guests. Sadly, the bed was very uncomfortable, due to its sloping inwards.

Best situation for us was location. In addition, since there is no free parking nearby, we were lucky enough to arrive late on a saturday, thereby gaining a two hour limit space which we were able to keep until busness nearby closed, then continued in the space during much of sunday. There is no payment necessary after 7 pm. and free on sunday.Barry Devine Very sparse comforts, furnishing was minimal !

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We have been there frequently in the past, but the recent refurbishment does little to improve. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but for the first time in my experience, there was only a curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom. This could hardly be considered a "superior" room as described by the hotel. Also, the complimentary tea and coffee supply had neither milk or sugar. Finally, we found the bill of Euros 65 to be over priced.Thank you..

The room was clean and the hotel staff was very kind. The bed was terribly worn out and the pillows felt like half the stuffing had been removed.

I didn't like the red curtain on the window, it made the hotel room feel seedy and like a red light district. I couldn't believe there was only a curtain between the bathroom and the hotel room, instead of a door, it makes your stay less romantic when your partner can hear you going to the toilet. Breakfast was horrible to say the least, the coffee was undrinkable and they didn't bother to top of the juice or have fresh milk.
