This hotel is execptionally convenient to everything. The room is acceptable for the price. The bed is comfortable with top sheet. The bathroom is clean. We enjoyed the hotel much. The check in lobby is small and old. I hop they will renovate it like they have done to the rooms. |

The location (although it's not actually a 'vieux' on the 'port' from most rooms) is very good and the hospitality was great. The room temperature was very high and attracted mosquitoes. |

Staff nice and professional. My room was lovely, with an amazing view on the Vieux Port. The breakfast room is lovely. A lobby / lounge area would be nice. The elevator is a bit scary also... |

Great location, convenient to multiple dining venues, metro station, 2 stops to main train station, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was a bargain at 11euros and included the option of decaf coffee which is not always easy to find in France. The local cafes offered only a roll, juice and coffee for 6 euros, without the hot eggs and cereal, etc. Nothing bothered us about this hotel we used for 2 separate overnights enroute to other areas of Provence. Our room may have been small for a longer stay. |

On check in the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The other receptionist was not as knowledgeable. Lovely bathroom. Great position right on Vieux Port. Difficult to find entrance and when we did the smell of urine was terrible. Once inside, the reception was extremely small and chaotic. However, efficient receptionist and hotel was very nice, so just hold your nose as you enter! Whole area washed down in the morning though. |

Location was superb next to the restaurants of the port area. Room was big and bathroom too. Staff a little reserved and not overly helpful. |

the location was convenient for us to get to from the airport independently by taking the train and then walking 15 minutes. a coffee pot in the hotel room would have been appreciated. |

Good location in the heart of the city. Underground station just 50 m from the hotel. We had a superior room which was quite ok, large and clean bathroom. Despite of central location nights we quiet. Friendly personnel. |

The hotel is located in a very convenient place in Marseille, near the Vieux-Port and you can find the best stores and restaurants nearby. It's comfortable and interestingly decorated. |

We had a very comfortable stay and found the location really excellent for enjoying the vieux port and the city. Our superior double room was very pleasant and well provided. The reception staff were also helpful and welcoming. We had breakfast the first morning but were disappointed by the quality of the food. Fruit salad that tasted a week old and rather poor bread rolls (when french bread is usually so delicious). We went to the cafe next door for the rest of the stay which was better value for money. Had the food been better we would not have minded paying the higher price. |

The hotel was perfectly situated and just seconds from the Metro too. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was served until 11am at the weekends which meant the breakfast room was never busy. |

The hotel is very centrally located (right on the Vieux Port) and convenient to most major tourist sites in Marseille, countless restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as right by a metro stop. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel room was clean and nicely designed. Would definitely stay there again. Being located right in the city, it was very noisy at night. The air conditioning never got the room cool enough for us during those hot summer days/nights, and the bed was made with a duvet/no sheet so the covers were too hot, too. Would be great in the winter! Skip the hotel breakfast (11 Euros) and go to the brassiere right by the front door for the petit dejuner (6 Euros), or pick up something at a nearby boulangerie. |

Located in the famous district of the Old Port on La Canebière, in central Marseille, this hotel was entirely renovated in 2009. The rooms feature queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs. |
The 4-star hotel enjoys a priviliged location, facing the congress centre (Le Pharo), close to the Vieux-Port (Old Harbour) and the city centre. |
Ideally set on the sunny side of the Vieux Port, this hotel offers a beautiful view onto Notre Dame de la Garde, Fort Saint Jean and the Pharo. |
Situated on the famous Avenue du Prado, 10 minutes from the Gare Saint-Charles and the Vieux Port, the Holiday Inn Marseille offers spacious and comfortable rooms, suites and executive rooms. |
