We all love this hotel particularly its helpful and caring staff. They gave us very excellent recommendation on restaurants and where to go. And the rooms are very well equipped and decorated. Our parents' rooms were big and comfort. Our room was tiny but with a view to the Vieux Port. A shower with Savon soap was a great experience. |

Great central location, spacious room, no additional charge for room service breakfast, pleasant staff, overall a good choice. Some of the fixtures and fittings in the room did not work such as the safe and a faulty lampstand. Also the room was entered whilst we had the 'do not disturb' sign up which I did not appreciate. |

The location was just right - close to the sea front, views over the garden, high-ceilinged rooms and lovely, relaxing lobby. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. It was a short walks from everything we wanted to see too. |

We had a very comfortable, spacious room with a view of the Vieux Port, and a small balcony. The hotel is very conveniently located, right on the port and seconds away from the metro. The air conditioning did not cool the room but this may be because it was unexpectedly hot early in the season and it was not yet working properly. The outside of the hotel does not do it justice. In spite of several requests, by the end of our stay, the safe was still not working. |

The hotel has recently been renovated to a good standard, but still retains a certain old world charm. Extremely convenient for downtown Marseille. Our room was located directly under the roof, with a window situated about 20 metres from a church steeple with bell. The room was a bit stuffy at times, but opening the window increased the noise level from the church bell. |

Very well located. Metro nearby. Few metres from Vieux Port and restaurants. Both modern and clean room and bathroom.. Could do with a bit of modernization of the building (exterior and inside corridors). |

An exelent location for tourists. the hotel staff, like ij most hotels in the warld, has no idea where to send the visitors to eat, what is the best way to enjoy the city (but in the office de torism, nearby, they wewr ignorant as well...) this is the new young generation. the worst for us - we werw unable to operate our pc, internet ect. It is very easy to connect the rooms to the nets. |

Excellent location with beautiful view. Price was pretty high particularly during the off season. We also contracted food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. |

Located in the famous district of the Old Port on La Canebière, in central Marseille, this hotel was entirely renovated in 2009. The rooms feature queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs. |
The 4-star hotel enjoys a priviliged location, facing the congress centre (Le Pharo), close to the Vieux-Port (Old Harbour) and the city centre. |
Superbly located in the city centre, between Fort Saint-Nicolas and Théâtre de la Criée, the hotel offers highly comfortable accommodation and contemporary design. |
Overlooking the old port in the city centre, this hotel is close to some of the most popular attractions in Marseille. It offers modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. |
