Cama confortável. Silencio durante a noite. Localização relativa ao centro e a estações do metro. Preçoelevado relativamente ao tamanho do quarto e sem pequeno almoço. Não inclusão de um pequeno almoço tipicamente francês. |

Para nossa surpresa, eu e minha esposa, fomos recebidos com um up-grade, e de forma carinhosa, com champagne e uma sequencia de deliciosos macarrones no quarto. O hotel foi reformado, apresenta boas instalações sanitárias e o quarto decorado com bom gosto inclusive nos detalhes. Excelente desjejum! |

Cortesia dos funcionários e bom café da manhã. No primeiro dia o quarto não estava adequadamente limpo e o frigobar não havia sido conferido antes de nossa entrada, entretanto estes problemas foram solucionados. |

great location. staff very pleasant. staff got us a taxi to take us to the Lido and taxi charged us 30 euros but got our own on way back and cost us 6 euros so felt been conned. |

The room was clean functional and comfy. The location was convenient for the Metro. The street was quiet at night. No hotel noisy heard at night. Lack of space at breakfast, making it an inefficient and caiotic experience. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful. The hotel was situated very near a main railway station and also a Metro line which has a connection of 4 different stations. Lots of shops and eating places nearby. The best restaurant/cafe is at the very end of the street where the hotel is situated - it is called Comptoire d'europe - the food is excellent. The hotel beds were extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast was pleasant and substantial The rooms are very, very small |

The staff spoke excellent English and were good natured and polite. When I had a series of problems they offered my free breakfast for the remainder of my trip The double bed was two small beds put together and was quite uncomfortable. When I pointed this out they were unable or unwilling to change it. There was also only tepid water which was unsuitable to shave or bathe. Again would not or could not fix it. The dvd machine didn't work and once again they didnt fix it. |

Location, the cleanliness of the room, and hotel as a whole, the friendliness of the staff. We received a call at 12.01 to ask if we would be checking out that day...check out was at 12.00 and we were trying to manouver our bags out of the door! That was a little frustrating! |

the rooms were very clean but nothing to write home about. In their efforts to conserve, they need to tell their guests about things, such as how to get the lights to work (you need to put your room key in a slot near the light switch). Also, the bathroom could have used some repair work. the shelf leaned into the sink. |

The restaurant at the corner is excellent. The location is nice for access to the trains and taxis. We booked two rooms that were supposed to be adjoining, but they were not. Not suitable for children. Neither of the refrigerators worked, and several items went missing from our room. The staff did nothing to remedy either issue. People should also be aware that there is a open lot around the corner and women are verbally accosted by the vagrants constantly. |
