nothing really worked like expected in the rooms (we had 3!) and every day something else was breaking or water was not hot enough for showers, and location literally on very dangerous fast road is making it very hazardous to get out or in the tiny parking, no way to walk to food places, bad, bad,bad overall for a lot of money!

There is a beautiful place really close to Monaco (about 1 km from the Exotic Garden - like 20 min walking, from where you can take a bus N2 to get the down town: 10-15 min). What I like - there are big rooms, and kitchen is well equipped with a beautiful view, the personnel is so friendly and ready to assist

Complete rip-off. Charged €30 cleaning fee on top of overprized cost of room. One star quality of room. Right next to highway like road meaning cars speeding by at high speed all night. Room is exceedingly simply - Ikea would not sell the quality furniture present. Beware of the outrageous cleaning fee only disclosed in fine print. They do not even give you soap/shampoo and the towels provided were three dish towels. Then they had the guts to claim the place was a bargain at €200 offered as a favour to booking.com. What a joke!

It was relatively close to Monaco. However, there is nothing within walking distance and parking is nonexistent. It's not convenient for either those driving or by public transportation.

I was overcharged by 83 Euro for a "cleaning fee" I did not expect. The location to Monaco is good but the place is not comfortable.

I would recommend more fans during summer seasons per rooms.

The location of Villa Azur is excellent for the rate. It is close to Monaco and Monte Carlo; about 2-5km away. It is also easily accecible from the a8 which is the main highway to all the French Riviera. We had a rental car which is the best way to get around to and from Villa Azur. The grocery store, restaurants and Monaco are a bit far to walk especially on a hot day. The area is also hilly so you have to walk down and up lots of steps if you decide to get around on foot. Although not on the water our apratment had a view of the water which was really pleasing to wake up to and end the day. We had lovely breakfasts and dinners on our balcony. The kitchen in our apartment had a stove and oven, but no microwave. It had a large refrigirator. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking and dining ware. Last but not least, we really appreciated out host and owner of the villa, Luca. He was so hospitable and very helpful. When we first arrived to Cap d'ail we had difficulty finding Villa Azur so he came to get us from the tourist office. To top that off he brought us a nice bottle of wine as a welcome. That is great customer service. Thank you Luca! All in all, we would definitely go back to Villa Azur when we visit the area in the future. They are new right now and building up the business, but they plan to add amenities like breakfast and swimming. We highly recommend Villa Azur for the value and customer service.

La terrazza comune è suggestiva e molto attrezzata (bbq, forno da pizza...). Le camere sono ben rifinite e pulite.

Devono assolutamente risolvere il problema dell'acqua calda! Doccia calda non sempre assicurata (ma so che ci stanno lavorando).

адрес отеля указан не верно, несколько часов пытались найти отель по указанному адресу по навигатору и картам, и лишь, когда позвонили в отель - на ломаном английском получили информацию о том, что название улицы поменялось (могли бы указать это в письме о бронировании). адресов с домом 44 два - и только на одном висит маленький указатель, что это вилла азур. указатель с дороги не виден вообще. персонал даже не извинился за предоставленные неудобства. чай и сахар в номер только по требованию, завтрак не предоставляется вовсе - предлагают позавтракать в другом месте.

Le studio est spacieux, un coin cuisine bien aménagé, grande salle de bains.

Beaucoup de circulation sur la route qui passe juste devant la résidence (axe principal qui va vers Nice, donc beaucoup de poids lourds et de motos) mais relativement bien isolé, la nuit cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir !

Appartement spacieux et agréable a recommandé

Le cadre est superbe, l'appartement T1 bien agencé est pratique et propre. Un petit nid douillet.

que al no estar en Mónaco, se nos complicó llegar. Pedimos dpto para 4 personas grandes y una cama estaba ubicada en la cocina, por lo tanto era casi imposible utilizar con comodidad la misma.

Ubicación en la Avenida de entrada a Mónaco a menos de 2 km del centro. Instalaciones modernas, confortables, personal amable, buenas vistas...

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que despues de realizar la reserva te sumen otros 50 € en concepto de limpieza de apartamento. Este concepto debe señalarse antes de la confirmación de la reserva.

Il personale, è veramente gentile e accogliente e sempre pronto per qualsiasi tipo di problema ,anche se noi non ne abbiamo avuti,l ambiente e davvero molto carino a confronto degli altri hotel poco piu vicini alla citta',vista sul mare ambiente tranquillissimo e vicino a tutti , sicuramente torneremo a villa azur è davvero un bel posto .

Apartamentos bien equipados y comodos en una villa antigua llena de encanto. Personal super amable. Jardin y terraza fantasticos. Muy bien situado aunque se precisa de un vehiculo para poder desplazarse.
