Staff very helpful and welcoming. Outside parking when the underground parking was full not a problem, quite safe neighborhood and someone at the desk 24/7, is very comforting.

Carpet was stained, Air ducts were dusty and dirty; Internet never worked during the stay. Not enough lighting in the room, no bed side lamps, no telephone, not sufficient storage space (not one single drawer and closet space for 3 hanging garments.

The location was convenient for me - but not much else

Room not very clean. Smelled of smoke.Toilet had used cigarette end in it, and had not been flushed since it was last used. Not very nice...........

I liked that it had a refrigerator and a place, althought very small, to cook. It's not expensive, comparing to others.

The room needed a good clean. No one cleaned it for 2 days. There was, what it seem to be, drops of dry blood on the walls of the bathroom. The walls of the room had strange disgusting spots. And there was something really bad there because I didn't stop sneezing. The staff didn't spoke english, I only found one that did. It's very difficult to communicate this way.

I liked the location of the hotel and some of tha room studio facilities. E.g refrigerator and cooker.

The size of the room were small, the towel looks like they've seen better days.

We like the location and safe car park.

The carpets of whole rooms need to change as i stayed in two different level and found the same problem with carpet.

Well , i had a bad experience with the bed i slpet on itself. It was making noises while i turn, something which kept me awake all the night until i moved to the other bed in the room. I tjink it is a little problem and the hotel staff will fix it

The staff was nice and 59 euros/night is about as good as you will get in Paris. The room had a kitchen and pots and pans. I only stayed 1 night but if you were looking to stay a few nights in paris and wanted to save some money on food then you could cook. I also got 1 double bed and 1 single bed in my room so if you and a friend are traveling together the you could split the cost. Flat screen tv in the room with cable (nothing in english) but none the less you had a small flat screen. For the most part the rooms actually do look like the pictures.

The main thing about France is that outside of the city center paris is "ghetto." I'm from the ghetto so it didn't bother me too much but just be aware of that. It cost a lot of money to stay in the city center. But next to the hotel there is a very small grocery store. From the city center I had to take the subway/train and a bus to get to the hotel but the bus dropped me off right in front of the hotel. Bad news is that the hotel is about 13km outside the city center but right outside the hotel there was a bus that takes you directly to Orly Airport (if you fly out of this airport). I left at 5am so I couldn't take the bus to the airport and I had to take a taxi and it cost me 28 euros which was ok for me because I paid 60 euros in itlay to take a taxi to my hotel. The hotel is like 7km from the airport.

Cheap and Good breakfast.

Hotel had very poor maintenance , dirty carpet, towels and bathroom . Couldnt wait to leave the hotel . Pictures on the website dont show reality . Horrible Housekeeping service. Hotel was far from Paris , we had to take a bus and metro to get to the city and took about 40 minutes ,plus the location is very difficult to access from the airport specially at night , where it look even danger. Very bad experience for me and my friends at this hotel. Not what we expect at all. Don't recommend to anyone.

Price, mini kitchen, supermarket and cafe close by, relativly fair descriprion of the hotel itself, distance from Paris, free underground parking.

Photos absolutly do not reflect current condition of the hotel, smell of smoke in the rooms / halls. In any case, I would recommend this hotel as long as you don't build high expectations of it and looking for the place to crash for a sleep.

Shower was great and bed was clean and comfortable. Also lots of boiling hot water.

I like the room very much. It is simple and clean. The breakfast is nice and simple, if you prefer to have lots of options for breakfast you should take it else where.

The staff is not very pleasant but they solve all your problems.

Nice reception, open 24/7, parking under the appattments, breakfast in the morning possible at 6 euro, small but equipped kitchenette.

parking is not enough for the whole complex, no airco and is situated near a busy intersection so opening the window is not an option, kitchenette is 1m away from the bed, very small room

The location of this hotle is a little far from the center of Paris. If you know the city transportation very well, this hotel is a good selection in both price and convenience.

But I did not feel any warm from the desk clerks.

There was microwave oven in the room.

They didn't want to let my car into the parking area. No breakfast. Somehow 200 EUR disappeared from my wallet during my stay!!!

The room wasn't big but enough.
