Set a 10-minute walk from Ailette Lake, this guest house offers an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a hot tub. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and Laon is 15 km away. The rooms at Villa Belvedere have cable TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms are decorated in Mediterranean colours and some have views of the garden. A buffet breakfast is provided every morning and packed lunches are available. You can also enjoy homemade French cuisine, which is prepared using vegetables from the garden and local produce. Free private parking is available on site and Soissons is 30 km away. You may also choose to drive the 10 minutes to Ailette Golf Course or go walking and cycling in the local area. The very warm welcome we received from the owners who also cooked us a delicious meal in the evening. There was nothing to dislike!

The welcome, the ambiance, the location, all meals were excellent quality and quantity! The mini 'spa' was a real bonus - sitting in the hot tub watching the birds was a treat! Plus we heard the nightingale every night. Nothing. It was all well thought out and everything supplied. The only thing we lacked was some soap in the bathroom, but we always take our own!

נסענו ארבעה אנשים כולל שני ילדים. נהנו מאוד בביקורנו במלון זה. נשמח להמליץ עליו בחום לכל המטיילים. מתאים לנוסעים שאוהבים מלונות קטנים-משפחתיים באירופה. לצורך ההגעה חובה להצטייד בתוכנת ניווט. --- It was a wonderful and peaceful stay. We definitely would like to recommend this family running hotel to all travelers. The personnel and welcome was warm and friendly. We were four persons, including two older children. You shall have a GPS navigator to arrive to this place.

Beautiful house & gardens; very comfortable room; evening meal - delicious home cooked food & very good value for a four course meal, including an outstanding cheesboard. Superb breakfast - spoilt for choice! Marc & Karine very welcoming & hospitable.

Everything! This fantastic family run hotel is an absolute delight. The location is perfect for a relaxing break with every possible facility to keep the kids and parents happy and relaxed. Marc and family understand exactly what their guests want and the spread of local and home made produce laid on for breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this hotel to friends, family and anyone who wants to get away from it all. Plus the medieval city of Laon is a short drive away and it's a must see on anyone's itinery.

Warm ambiance, great rooms, nice food and wines, breakfast is excellent with local products and perfect location for a stop over on the way to South of France. Meals were pretty ice, maybe a bit expensive compaired to other places where you can dine in neigbourhood...on the other hand it is very conventient to be able to eat at the venue when having young children.

Incontestablement la "belgian touch" de Marc et son épouse car la villa est rénovée avec goût et la propreté est irréprochable. Nous avons dîné avec les autres convives, ce fût très bon et agréable (Pour info, 30 euros entrées plat dessert maison- cuisine des propriétaires) La chambre familiale a une porte séparative, l’acoustique est très bonne, la literie de qualité. La villa Belvédère est en face du lac et donc promenade à pied et VTT à gogo. Petit déjeuner copieux, confitures maison, pain frais, fromages (et le maroilles), fruits frais. Le village est charmant, St Quentin et Laon proches. De quoi remplir plus d'un week-end et la prochaine fois de profiter de la piscine en plein air.

De ontvangst was schitterend. De gastheer nam zijn tijd om met ons nog een praatje te slaan, het hotel en de diensten te tonen en ondanks het iets latere uur nog een lekkere schotel voor ons klaar te maken. We genoten nog van een lekker wijntje. Er is ons helemaal niets tegengevallen. Het is een plaats om zeker nog eens te doen en aan te raden aan anderen!

De prachtige, rustige ligging. Het supervriendelijk onthaal. De vele faciliteiten, verhuur fietsen, golfgerief, zwembad, sauna en jacuzzi. De mooie nette kamers en het lekkere ontbijt.
