Mooie kamer mooi terras

service: 1 dag is de kamer niet schoongemaakt hoewel we wel zo'n 5 uur niet op onze kamer verbleven. Tussen de middag was het hotel gesloten. Er hing wel een briefje met een telefoonnummer wat je kon bellen, maar die werd niet opgenomen. Uiteindelijk heeft een andere gast van het hotel opengedaan en hebben we zelf maar onze sleutel achter de receptie vandaan gehaald :(.

Klein en comfortabel hotel. Goede mix van modern comfort en warme uitstraling.

De eigen parkeerplaats is klein en moeilijk toegankelijk.

Nice modern room and nicely design reception etc.

Poor lighting on stairways - and no lights on in bar area - bit unwelcoming on reception areas generally.

Convenient access from the train station. Helpful staff.

Wifi doesn't work in the basement rooms (there are 3 rooms downstairs). Staff acknowledged this and I moved to different room for last day (upgraded to suite FOC). A bit further from the town and restaurants than other hotels.

The facilities are modern and well designed. The front staff are most accommodating, friendly, informative and when we decided at the last moment to make a change of transportation from automobile to train, were a great help. A small hotel but personal with staff who care about their guests.

Parking was convenient but a little cramped. Lighting in rooms could be improved. Perhaps switching from CFL (fluorescent) to LED.

Quiet location not far from historic city centre.

I liked the way we were well looked after and I liked the location. It was exactly what we needed for one night in the city.

Although the room was comfortable and clean and spacious there was nowhere to hang our clothes and even though it was only one night I would have liked to hang a few things to save them creasing further.

It was exactly what we required for an overnight stay. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The air conditioning was definitely a plus as the temperature was around 33*C.

The private parking was testing!

Location is quite convnient fro the station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and terace is quit nice.

We need a door for bath room. Screen is not good for us.

The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed with high quality linen. During our stay the temperature rose to 38 degrees and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was superb. We had an issue with our car and the hotel staff went beyond the norm to help us get it repaired. There were plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a lovely well tended gardens nearby. The roof terrace was small but very adequate. In all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The description talked about a living area but we did not have one. The price was a little too high, had it included breakfast I would have considered it good value for money.

Just about everything. One of the nicest hotels we ever stayed in.

Wow ... what a gem. A lovely boutique hotel within walking distance of the old town centre. The rooms are superbly decorated and furnished and the individual sun terraces on the upper floors are fabulous. 5-Star recommendation.

No dislikes at all. A very minor criticism would be that the car park at the rear of the hotel is not clearly signed and is not easy or obvious to find .... but don't let this put you off!!!!

Very nice hotel.Stylish design and well equipped comfortable rooms.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Upon our arrival we were immediatly advised to book a restaurant for diner as it was 14 july.We were advised a very nice restaurant.Morning breakfast was very good with wide choice.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.Just a 10min walk to the old town with a lot of shops and restaurants.

La prestation qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé sur le site Internet (pas de terrasse ouverte le premier soir, pas de peignoir,...) Une table basse inutilisable pour le petit déjeuner car dévissée et qu'on nous a changée que le 2ème jour sur notre demande insistante Un parking privé dans un état déplorable et complètement saturé (on n'a pu sortir le 2ème jour que lorsque tous les clients sont partis) Un personnel parfois limite Au final, le rapport qualité / prix, très décevant. On s'attendait à une prestation de qualité et on a eu une prestation juste moyenne
