The villa has real French style and is beautifully decorated and maintained. Rooms are well appointed though not large. We used it for an overnight stay en route to a Chanel port from further South - it was ideal for this. The room was fine for our purpose but had no sitting area and we would have found it cramped for a long stay.

A return visit, again I was not disappointed. As the garden room which I booked was in a dark location, I requested a move upstairs - No problem and the price at 25% greater but with a small balcony was perfect. Much thanks to Mrs Betancourt and staff. The garden room location.

Located very near the Congress Centre. Rooms are very clean and seem newly renovated. Nice bathroom with good warm shower, pretty glass sink, hairdryer etc. The room and the toiletries smell really nice. Room also comes with free internet (get password from reception). Shower is nice but rather small,

Chambre en rez de jardin qui permet une parfaite autonomie, bien que cette chambre soit un peu petite (surtout la salle de bain),nous avons passés deux nuits agréables, dans un calme absolu et le personnel est chaleureux.Petit déjeuner parfait. Tout est fait pour vous rendre le séjour agréable.Adresse a retenir et conseiller.

La chambre, le décor, l'accueil, la situation, la musique au petit déjeuner :-) La porte de notre chambre (20) pourrait être plus isolante, le bruit est assez dérangeant (route et passants).

La décoration de l'hôtel très raffinée et chaleureuse. Les chambres sont agréables et fonctionnelles même si elles sont un peu petites. L'accueil aussi très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner très varié en salle ou à l'extérieur. Vraiment un endroit très sympathique où l’on se sent bien.

Le personnel est des plus accueillant et disponible tout en sachant laisser sa clientèle libre de ses mouvements à chaque instant. L'hotel est très proche de la plage. Confort de la literie et charme de la chambre Pas de volets à la fenêtre de la salle de bain.

Le style architectural de l'hôtel propre à La Baule est tout à fait dépaysant. L'accueil est chaleureux et la gérante répond à toutes les attentes de ses clients. L'hôtel est très propre et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est de qualité ainsi que les équipements dans les chambre. Il y règne une ambiance cosy, très ressourçante. Cet hôtel est à conseiller vivement !! Tous mes encouragements aux gérants pour leur investissement personnel qui est visible à la Villa Cap D'ail !!

Nous avons tout aimé, l'accueil, la décoration, la propreté, et le confort. L'accueil des propriétaires attentionnés, pleins de bons conseils pour les visites, les balades et les restaurants. Le petit déjeuner complet, varié, excellent. C'est sur nous y retournerons.
