Caza Sereyna  

Peaceful atmosphere. Lovely garden. Good continental breakfast. Lovely rooms with all you need. Ten minute flat walking to train station.

Parking might be a problem. Secured parking available for a charge. Stairs, no lift. About 20 minute easy walk to main sights of Avignon.

The owner was charming and very helpful with information about the area. The property was in the city, but had a very country feel, very 'Provence'. The only problem was that after dark it was a little isolated from the city center. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much. It is within walking distance of Place des Corps Saints and Rue des Teinturiers, both with very unpretentious but good quality places to eat (check out fooding), but the areas are a little sketchy, if that bothers you.

The reception we got on arrival from Mary was wonderful and she was a delight throughout our stay. Our room was on the top floor and the stairs proved a challenge for our luggage, but the room itself was geat (just watch the sloping roof line). The house had a relaxing feel about it and we felt at home. The breakfast, while simple, was great and was more than adequate. We would definately stay there again

This hotel is a little oasis just outside the old city walls in Avignon. We were made to feel extremely welcome by the daughter of the proprieter.The city centre is about 10mins walk, with all the major attractions within 30mins walk. Despite it's city location it is very calm and quiet with a lovely garden.

The location was great for the price! It is beautifully renovated and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. It is also very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Marie was extremely helpful and has a lovely place for you to come home to each day. Very peaceful..great to relax in after lots of walking. The breakfasts are not to be missed. Marie is proud of the Caza Sereyna and so she should be. It felt like home. I would definately recommend it to anyone visiting the Avignon area.

A very warm welcome, great personal orientation and recommendation for eating out was terrific. Private parking for car was most made life easy. Location for walking visit to downtown Avignon is outstanding (less than 500m). Walk-in shower in our room was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Breakfast was superb - homemade jams and baked goods got us off to a great start to the day. Great value for money. Would return happily.

We stayed in the owner`s home which was spacious, beautiful and a little quirky. The home-made breads, croissants and jams at breakfast were a particularly nice touch.

This is not a complaint, but a recommendation that tea and coffee making facilities are provided ideally in guests` rooms or at least are available in a communal area.

Room was very clean and spacious ,bathroom was very large by european standards. Enjoyed our stay

The hotel was a short walk from the city center

De tuin en het terras. In de eerste plaats bij de reservatie een mail van de gastvrouw met een welkomstgroet. Zelfgemaakt marmelade bij ontbijt. De tuin en het terras.

Trap naar kamer met bagage niet prettig zeker omdat er geen leuning is. Geen televisie op de kamer.

Appena fuori dal centro storico comunque a 5 min a piedi, proprietaria gentilissima, camera molto pulita e grande, buona colazione e comodità del parcheggio a pagamento (9 euro al giorno), bellissimo giardino con veranda sul retro, ambiente molto tranquillo e rilassante, veramente consigliato

Nulla in particolare, forse la zona in cui è collocato non è delle piu belle ma nessun problema di sicurezza sia di giorno che di notte
