Marie was an excellent hostess. The gardens were lovely and the hotel was a perfect place to relax.

The owner was very helpful and gave great recommendations. She had prepared maps with higlighted routes and information. The breakfasts were amazing - handmade jams and croissants, a huge selection of food. The hotel is really a guesthouse, with a big living room (including a piano), and all guests are allowed in any part of the house. There is also a library.

The owner who is charming and very thoughtful. We were given a little cottage in the garden away from potentially noisy families. The garden is lovely and after staying in a series of four and three star hotels it was like being at home. the breakfast was very special as well, the care that Marie takes with this is outstanding. The room we were given was large and romantic. Marie gave us good advice on dinner options. Very quiet and peaceful.

The walk to Avignon would be a little scary if I had to do it alone at night after 10pm. It is only a short walk to the gates of the gated city though - 10 minutes at the most.

This hotel is a little oasis just outside the old city walls in Avignon. We were made to feel extremely welcome by the daughter of the proprieter.The city centre is about 10mins walk, with all the major attractions within 30mins walk. Despite it's city location it is very calm and quiet with a lovely garden.

The location was great for the price! It is beautifully renovated and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. It is also very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Marie was extremely helpful and has a lovely place for you to come home to each day. Very peaceful..great to relax in after lots of walking. The breakfasts are not to be missed. Marie is proud of the Caza Sereyna and so she should be. It felt like home. I would definately recommend it to anyone visiting the Avignon area.

A very warm welcome, great personal orientation and recommendation for eating out was terrific. Private parking for car was most made life easy. Location for walking visit to downtown Avignon is outstanding (less than 500m). Walk-in shower in our room was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Breakfast was superb - homemade jams and baked goods got us off to a great start to the day. Great value for money. Would return happily.

Loved it all

We stayed in the owner`s home which was spacious, beautiful and a little quirky. The home-made breads, croissants and jams at breakfast were a particularly nice touch.

This is not a complaint, but a recommendation that tea and coffee making facilities are provided ideally in guests` rooms or at least are available in a communal area.

Madame Colmas gave us a very cordial, friendly welcome and a very helpful orientation to the city and vicinity and their attractions. We felt very much at home in the comfortable surroundings. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and Madame Colmas accommodated us with an early breakfast on the morning of our departure.

Very charming atmosphere, home-like filling and friendly people around. Lovely garden and salon rooms make relaxing environment. One can really forget stress and working days there.

Очень красиво оформленный дом, гостеприимные хозяева. Отличное общее пространство, гостиная, холлы и т.д. Завтракать можно на террасе с видом на уютный сад. Место очень тихое и умиротворяющее. Рядом с домом бесплатная (но общественная) парковка. Проблем с поиском места для машины не было (были 16-17 сентября 2011 г.).

Немного далековато до центра города (около 15 минут пешком, нужно пройти практически через вокзал, хотя для кого-то это плюс). Довольно строгие правила для гостей, нельзя проводить шумные вечеринки, после 23.00 нельзя использовать террассу для посиделок, по дому нужно ходить в тапочках, чтобы не топать...
