I liked that the hotel is located very closely to the main sightseeings of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Arch of Triumph, Champs-Élysées, the Museum of modern Art where one can visit some exibitions or events). The hotel itself is very clean and smart. Very good for a couple or if you come to Paris for sightseeings. Not sure it will be very good for the family with children as the rooms are small even though very nice.

Horrible breakfast, only a few croissants, unboiled eggs and some cereals. For 8 euros!!!

It's a very good hotel with cheap cost. From hotel, we can walk to travel the center of Paris easily

I am delighted with Paris and the hotel ... The hotel is in a perfect location, 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe ... metro station is at 3 minutes from the hotel, near the small shop, bakery, restaurants where you can have breakfast if you do not get paid breakfast at the hotel ... rooms are nice, clean, tidy ... toilet is clean, towels changed every day ... really do not have any objections! Hotel staff are young, friendly, approachable and willing to help ... The hotel is definitely recommended for everyone, and I'll definitely come back next time!

A comfortable hotel near Trocadéro and Place de l´Etoile, in a walking distance from the Tour Eiffel. The room was nice and clean. Wi-fi worked properly and was free of charge.

Breakfast is not included in the price. The walls are not soundproof, so with noisy neighbours it may be difficult to have a sleep.

The hotel is located in a great location, approximately 10-12 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are cafes and convenience stores nearby. Even the Metro stations are within walking distance. Though the corridor and lifts are small and narrow, the rooms are neat and clean with a comfortable bed. Hotel staff are polite and friendly too.

Perfect location for attractions, easy to find, room nicely decorated and comfortable. Room was immaculately clean and contained mini bar and hairdryer. Shower room also nicely finished shower spacious, again in pristine condition.Would definitely stay in this hotel again great value for money.

Good location, How ever very difficult to locate the hotel. Not much tourist information in the hotel so don't expect a great deal. Hotel was renovated recently I guess so room was neat ... but was very very congested.

Toilet was too congested ... you can't even sit properly on it ... ...

The location is unbeatable. Surrounded by cafes, shops, metro stops and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower yet in a quiet side street so you are not disturbed by noise from traffic etc when wanting to sleep. The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the stay. My friend and I were in Paris to participate in the '20km de Paris' and asked if we were able to keep the room longer to enable us to shower after the race. We were kindly granted a late check out which we were very grateful for! The room was spotless. Decorated in a modern style yet still feeling cosy.

For the price I would have expected breakfast to be included!

The room was modern and recently refurbished/painted. Spacious room. Good decor. Staff extremely helpful and spoke Spanish/French and English. Location is excellent, 10 minutes to Eiffel tower and 5 minutes to nearest metro link.

Lift and hallways very warm. Some drilling and banging early in the morning due to refurbishment but not enough to put me off staying again.

Location was good. The hotel was under renovation. The entry was poorly cleaned. You can hear what happens in other rooms. The shower has no curtains. The elevator was all dusty because of renovation. I was informed of the renovations by e-mail hours before my arrival and not when booking the hotel.

The staff was very friendly contrary to other reviews I read before booking, they let us store our luggage prior to check in, they gave us directions by metro to different areas of Paris...overall very friendly. The location was perfect, maybe 7 minutes from the Eiffel tower and 25,inured walking to the lourve. Really quaint hotel, doesn't look like it will be much from the outside but the rooms are updated and comfy. Only thing that was weird is the elevator was tiny and had no light...but your in Paris...who cares!!!! Would stay again!

Nice and cosy hotel in good location. We visited for Roland Garros and it is just 20 min walk from the Stadium.

Possibly a bit expensive for 3 star and a room of that small size
