Villa Du Lac & Spa

The rooms were large/clean and I especially loved having a balcony. It was great having a kitchen as we were able to store and provide simple snacks/treats/light breakfast for our family which saved us some money to do more things on our trip.

The 5pm check in and 10 am check out.---Would have been nice to have 3pm or 4pm check in and 11 am check out. This was minor though as we just explored the area waiting to check in.

I liked the restaurant, free use of internet and setting of the hotel near the lake.

The room was not ready when we arrived at about 6:00pm. The receptionist told us that it was still being cleaned. Then when we finally entered the room after about half an hour, the smell was terrible. Apart from that the room was good.

The hotel is located in a central location. Parking is available (however tight) on the premises. It's a good hotel with not a lot to distinguish it it from other average hotels.

Our room faced the main street which was very noisy. Also a large group of kids were staying at the hotel and that made for a very noisy environment all day.

Big rooms

The location was excellent but a bit hard to find by car. The room was well appointed and spacious. The staff were very helpful and provided great service. The food in the dining room was excellent, both breakfast and dinner.

the direction to the hotel from the main road can be better signed, but it not a great problem; some plates in kitchenette were not very clean after previous guests

would have been nice if you provided basics for kitchen - dish detergent, paper towels, wine opener, salt.

la tv était pas terrible,qualité moyenne,et surtout ne pas avoir une seule chaine suisse à deux pas de la frontiere est un choix surprenant.

Le confort de l'hôtel et sa situation géographique

C'est très dommage que la piscine (et pas seulement le spa) ne soit pas accessible aux moins de 16 ans. Par ailleurs, le personnel de l'hôtel, même s'il est aimable, et n'est absolument pas "professionnel".

J'ai aimé la vue sur le lac Leman depuis le balcon de la chambre et la taille de la chambre.

Je n'ai pas aimé: les horaires du petit déjeuner (7h30 à 9h30) et il n'y a pas de room service pour compenser ; les joints de la baignoire qui étaient moisis ; la couverture du lit...passez aux couettes svp! Et la moquette dans les chambres, ça ne fait pas vraiment contemporain.
