Very good price Small street, very quiet
Elevator was out of order
Location is GREAT. 2 min from metro and market is just under the corner. Good district.
Very small for one person.
It was clean and looked nice inside
The room was very small and basic
Quaint little hotel. Interesting entry and nice courtyard for personal croissant tray breakfast. Good location.
Bathroom had an unpleasant smell and it was a rather run down bathroom.
The courtyard was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful. So close to a supermarket, a metro station and Montmartre area.
Having to pay extra for internet. The shower in our room was really, really tiny.
Room was clean and comfortable cute courtyard Helpful staff Great location
i liked the location and the area
the rooms are too small, the breakfast was poor and the wifi was not free
Elevator too small for tourist people and practically not working 2 from 3 days staying
Wi-Fi connection fast and stable, very nice garden, good access to metro, shops and restaurants nearby. Very reasonable price.
Noise from outside if you have room facing the street.
Friendly staff Cozy
Elevator not working Extra charge for breakfast
Location Everything is tastefully decorated and stylish, even though it's supposedly a basic hotel. So you pay for a basic accommodation and get much more than you pay for. Lovely inner yard with many plants, where you can eat breakfast or just sit
Room not well enough ventilated elevator - one person with luggage or two very close to each other.
Not far away from city center.
Nothing bad, but just acceptable. Maybe 1 star is more proper.
- Was grateful that bathrooms were really really clean and new, almost impeccable. - Also, I asked for and they gave me a room with a street view.
The room was shabby, old furniture, old carpet. Some old fan instead of AC. It's really more like a 1-star, but given that it's Paris, hotel standards are lower, so I'd say it was just fair.
Nice pleasant atmosphere. Good location. Satisfactory breakfast. Helpful knowledgeable and friendly reception staff. Very close to metro station, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Got woken up by room above us moving out around 6am followed promptly by what was probably an early shift of cleaners that disturbed our sleep. Maybe cleaners could start later? The hook for the shower nozzle was almost at ceiling height. Not many people would be able to reach up to place it there.
Good location, near the Cadet and Notre Dame de Lorette Metro Stations, walking distance (uphill) to Sacre Cour.
Small room, elevator enough only for ona person and his/her bag but charming. Room was not ready at the time promised but about 90 minutes later.
Nice room, loved the view on the synagoge on the other side of the hotel. Good location, close to the Opéra.
Staff's ok but could be somewhat friendlier
The location was great. Very convenient to the metro and walkable to many sights if you are able bodied. Rooms facing the courtyard were quiet and were very clean. With a little upgrading, this hotel could be top notch. As is, it's a good value.
Shower let water go all over the floor.
Very kind and helpful staff. Located in a nice neighbourhood.
Location is excellent. Very close to metro station, grocery store, bakery
Breakfast room is in lobby
Unfriendly reception staff. No kettle, tea or coffee in rooms. Shower dilapidated, interior disgusting, old faded linen.
Location: north of city centre, in a neighbourhood with many cafés, restaurants and shops, but in a quiet street; the room was big enough and clean, with view on the quiet inner court.
In the room, a couple electricity plugs were loosely fitted to the wall, almost dangling, which is dangerous; one tile in the bathroom was missing, and showing the pipes beneath. It is also doubtful whether the roof ventilator is enough to cool the room in summer (no airco). As usual in Paris, no lift and narrow staircase, which didn't really bother us as we travel light. As usual in Paris, room rates are high: Eur120 per night (booking months in advance, no change possible) for a double without breakfast, which was offered at Eur7 per person, but didn't look much varied: we preferred to choose from among the many patisseries in the neighbourhood. As usual in France, don't expect staff to be anything more than civil: you wouldn't extort a smile from them under torture.
We would certainly recommend this hotel for its location, facilities, staff and a great value for money! We will definitely come back and my boyfriend is going to recommend it at work for their future business trips!
The location of this pretty hotel.
It's a lovely little hotel badly let down by a lack of care to silly things like broken tiles and door handle on bathroom door. There were an unacceptable amount of these things giving an impression that nobody cared.
