VERY well situated! Loved the decor of the room, just very small! Will definitely return if ever in Nice again!
Great location near old town, close to,bus and tram, as well as restaurants, Helpful staff,
Could list down what tv stations are what, to save the laborious job of going through over 50 channels
Amazing courteous staff, great food if you decide to dine there, rooms are really really adorable and are all unique. So much style! Will come back for sure. Yes there is no elevator - deal with it :) I asked for the highest floor I could get! Lovely views.
Convenience, staff friendliness and helpfulness
room could have been cleaner
The location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The building has character. Quiet room. Good food.
Paid for a superior room but got a very small room with no balcony and a view of a back alley. Was disappointed with the cleanliness level of the bathroom, the shower was pretty dirty. Thought it was overpriced.
The management and staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately, I wasn't well for a few days whilst I was there and the owners advised which pharmacy to go to to get the correct advice, and even bought me some Vichy water which apparently, helps Gout. I would definitely return and also recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Nice.
The only thing I would say is that there is no lift, and would advise any older people, depending on there fitness, is to request a room on the first floor.
Friendliness and location
No lift poor bathroom (grubby shower curtain) Cardboard bedside tables too small to use no wardrobe no drawers not as advertised
great location staff was extremely helpful quiet and very clean excellent food in the restaurant
the bed of our room was a little bit small
Located in old town, close to Nice castle, restaurants, shops, etc; in 1 block you take bus to everywhere (airport, Monaco, Villefranche, etc.). Even to the beach, you take only a 10min walk. Friendly staff (especially Yannick and Eva). The room was a standard one, but very tiny and isolated from any noise outside.
We had to renovate wi-fi login sometimes, as it expired, and given there was no lift, we had to come to reception 3 floors down to take a new license. Air conditioning, even though it was a split type, was a little noisy.
The location and services. Airport car arrangement. Rooms well appointed. Friendly staff.
WiFi was not convenient as it was per device and we had several. It was also quite slow.
Helpful staff, wonderful and charming character. Very clean. In great location in old town, close to trams, buses, cafés, shops and a few minutes walk to the ocean. Each room has its own character. Perfect if you want to capture the feeling of living in old town.
We really liked this hotel and recommend it highly. The attention to detail in the decor was great. They must have put a lot of thought into it. The staff was lovely and really helpful. The location couldn't have been better for our trip. It is right by the old town where there are fantastic restaurants, nice shops and the night life is brilliant.
We were on the 3rd floor so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. We are quite unfit though.
The stag were fantastic! So helpful and accommodating. The owner helped us book a rental car and a hotel for the next leg of our journey. The art themed room was comfy with a lovely ensuite.
The very narrow stairwells and the dark hallways.
Staff happy to help and always greeted us with a smile.
A perfect place to stay right on the edge of the old town. The staff all spoke excellent English and were wonderfully helpful and friendly. They even helped me book train tickets on to Italy.
The hotel is gorgeous! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great.
Carrying my heavy bag up 60 stairs was not fun.
On a quietish street in old town, away from the trams Effective sound insulation from windows Good bed and high quality linen Lovely welcome and Complimentary glass of wine on arrival
Narrow stairs/corridors to second floor room, no lift Extremely small bedroom which we thought was overpriced at 145 euros
All was good
The location was smack in the middle of the old town, within walking distance of the Acropolis and bus stops to all the important attractions. Room and bed were very clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
The wifi could only be used on one device.
Staff were very accommodating and friendly despite being overbooked. Location was very good and it had the feel of a local hotel rather than a big, sterile chain.
They overbooked so I was downgraded to a smaller room, however the difference was refunded and breakfast thrown in for free, so I was very happy. The room I moved to was small but perfectly nice.
Absolutely charming location and very friendly staff. The bathroom was better than expected and the water pressure was very good.
Small rooms & shaggy carpet.
Very friendly & helpful staff. Chic room, small but adequate. Breakfast was convenient & more than enough choices of food. We would definitely return!
Very nice staff Super location
