A lovely garden surrounds the Villa Leonie and the perfume from the Jasmine is intoxicating. The appartment was excellent and the high ceilings gave a great feeling of space. All you need for a perfect stay is here and Clemence the owner is the perfect hostess. The atmospheric period of the Belle Epoque continues in the public spaces and enhances your stay, Enjoy.

Very friendly staff. Told us what to do and where to go, etc ... you can hear the cars from the main road a bit, but not a show stopper! We stayed in the top floor which has 1 king plus 1 single bed. You can see the ocean from the window, which was really nice.

Clemence was wonderful and we really felt welcome. The rooms were clean and tidy. We didn't realize the room we booked was a loft and wasn't big enough for three adults.

I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view of the entire city of Nice. And yet at the same time, they are near to the hustle and bustle of everything in the heart of the city. The directrice and her staff were friendly and very helpful. Their information, advice, and assistance was very helpful in getting me accustomed to Nice. Above all, my experience was a pleasant one and when I return, I definetly will stay with them again.

The room we were given was totally unsuitable for us. It had low beams in the ceiling that jumped out to hit me on th head nearly every day. The partition between the rooms was a very ragged curtain that provided no privacy whatsoever. There was only one bathroom between 4 persons. The kitchen was barely acceptable.

Vacker exteriör. Mysig trädgård. Påtagligt störande trafik. Torftig, ofräsch möblering, sängen OK. Sparsam köksutrustning av tveksam kvalitet. Dålig belysning. Lyhört.

Если Вы можете позволить себе отдыхать на этой вилле - то приезжайте туда обязательно. Виды потрясающие! Вилла находится на некотором расстоянии от центра города, так что Вам не будет надоедать суета и толпы туристов. Рядом порт, откуда можно отправиться на любую экскурсию. Супермаркет в 5 минутах, кондитерская и 2 приличных ресторана в 3 минутах ходьбы. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Красивые комнаты. Отопление и кондиционер есть. Столовых принадлежностей достаточно. Ежедневная уборка. Балкон. Очень доброжелательный персонал и хозяйка. Рекомендую. Все хорошо. Если говорить о том, чего не хватало, то это отсутствие вентиляции в ванной комнате, отсутствие биде и небольшой телевизор.

L'excellent accueil de la directrice, la gentillesse de Caroline ( femme qui s'occupe de l'entretien quotidien de l'appartement ), surtout la propreté et le calme absolu, la beauté du lieu décoré avec goût. J'adore son style Belle époque avec charme désuet, très vintage. Je signale aussi l'excellente accessibilité pour les personnes âgées ou celles qui se déplacent en fauteuil roulant. Pour ceux et celles qui aiment les animaux, Pilou le chien et Puce, la chatte sont vraiment adorables et savent se faire apprécier. Que je n'ai pas eu assez le temps de profiter de ce véritable paradis !!!

Великолепная вилла, просторные комнаты с высокими потолками, удобная кровать, оборудованная кухня с посудой, прекрасное месторасположение рядом со старым портом среди других вилл, море рядом, чудесный воздух, очень зелено, замечательная хозяйка, паркинг, в 5 минутах ходьбы булочная и супермаркет. В комнате и в ванной тепло - хорошие, регулируемые батареи

La sérénité du lieu, la disponibilité et la sympathie du personnel, les informations que ceux-ci m'ont apportées. Le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel. L'environnement et le lieu en lui même, le calme qui y règne. La possibilité de cuisiner soit même ce que l'on aime... Rien. Tout était parfait.

Es un estilo clásico pero con todas las comodidades modernas (ascensor, wifi,...) Está en una zona tranquila, al lado de mar, pero también facilmente accesible al centro de la ciudad y a los transportes urbanos e interurbanos. El trato con el personal ha sido excelente y la calidad de la estancia una maravilla. Uno se siene alejdado del mundanal ruido, en un ambiente luminoso que te transporta a tiempos menos apresurados que el actual. No, todo ha sido excelente. La habitación amplia y luminosa, los servicios en perfectas condiciones, la cama comodísima, la higiene impecable.

Man erlebt das Wohngefühl einer Villa an der Côte d'Azur. Das Apartement war komplett eingerichtet mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. D.H. man kann sich kleinere Gerichte selbst zubereiten. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt, und es gab neue Handtücher. Die Klimaanlage erwies sich als sehr nützlich und bei sommerlichen Temperaturen als notwendig. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten sind nutzbar. Der Weg an den Strand und zum Hafen ist nicht weit und die Busanbindung (Haltestelle Av. Gustavin) ist ideal, um auch ohne pkw Z.B. nach Monaco oder ans Cap Ferrat zu gelangen. Die Straßenlage am Boulevard Carnot hat zur Folge, daß der Verkehrslärm stärker war als erwartet. Ich empfehle, Ohrenstöpsel mitzunehmen.

Nagyon kellemes, romantikus villa, kastélyszerű, klasszikus de mégis fiatalos berendezéssel, rusztikus építészeti megoldásokkal, kedves, csendes kerttel, saját parkolóhellyel. A város zajától elzárt területen helyezkedik el, de nagyon közel a kikötőhöz, és 15 percnyi sétára az óvárostól. Kifejezetten kedves, és segítőkész személyzet, mindenben készségesen álltak a rendelkezésünkre. Ilyen kíváló apartmanban nem voltam még. :)
