This hotel has a relaxing and peaceful ambience. The style and décor are elegant, understated and chic. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I cannot wait to return again .... and again ...

Room a little small but average for a city central hotel

Nobody announced us that the area was under construction, from 6 am nobody could sleep because of the noise, and the staff was very unfriendly when we complaint.

First class service.

Loved everything about this property! Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Food in the restaurant was outstanding. Beds were super comfy! Very convenient location to metro, grocery, restaurants, and shopping.

Walls are very thin! Take your earplugs or white noise with you. Regular conversations can be heard through the walls, especially at night. Luckily our neighbor's alarm clock woke us up one morning as we had overslept.

Very friendly staff!!! Design of the hotel is fantastic also very warm atmosphere!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the hotel. One of the reason to choose majestic was a indoor sweeming pool and spa. Not so many hotels in centre of Paris offer such a full spa centre with good sweeming pool!!!

Attention to detail excellent. Staff lovely- let me speak french!

We needed instructions re ; light dimmer switch and induction stove . For the first 2 nights we had to get someone to turn the lights off. .not sure if something was wrong or we were not pressing the correct button. Overall we had a lovely holiday .

The Suite was lovely was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. The spa was really nice felt like we had it all to ourselves. all requests were met.

We found all of the hotel staff to be very professional and courteous. The concierge service was particularly helpful during our stay. The swimming pool at the hotel was welcomed after a long day sight seeing in Paris.

Very well located Big room for european standards

Terrible air conditioner Employee do not respect the "no disturb" sign and entered in our room without even knocking twice. Concierge make the restaurant reservations but do not tell you about it. (you have to keep asking if it is ok)

The staff was young and very friendly with the willinness to help and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Maybe except for one person who was actually the first we met at the hotel. The sport facilities are extremely good!!! The swimming pool at the hotel in the center of Paris is an extremely rare thing. And it was really great swimming pool!

The view is very poor, the rooms are very ordinary, the bath equipment is very ordinary. It was stated on the booking.com site that it'd be a 5-star hotel while it's turned out to be a clear 4-star hotel. It;s very expensive! The value for money is unacceptably poor.

На мой взгляд,крайне скуден завтрак. В данный момент -июнь 2013 напротив отеля идет ремонт. Имейте в виду-выспаться Вам не удастся

в первый день заказанный номер был занят и нас с детьми поселили в двух смежных номерах.

service, aandacht voor details, persoonlijke attenties, spa, zeer verfijnd maar toch gemoedelijk, zaaaaaaaalig bed, super ontbijt, ideale ligging (kort bij centrum en toch rustig)

fauteuilles in het restaurant waren zeer mooi maar niet gemakkelijk voor oudere personen, keuze vd minibar was beperkt

Nous avons tout apprécié. L'accueil, la disponibilité,le professionnalisme, les attentions particulières ( coupes de champagne offertes pour l'anniversaire de mon mari ). Petit déjeuner excellent et chambre spacieuse. Tout le confort est là. Piscine,spa et massages remarquables.A la hauteur de ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. A conseiller vivement.

Juste une petite remarque pour l'accueil où la première chose qui est demandée est la pièce d'identité des occupants de la chambre. Un peu surprenant et déconcertant!
