Great location, very decent sized room & tasteful & spotlessly clean.Gym facilities & service great ...
Appalling service at breakfast ...we only ate their once just got tired waiting to be seated & the food ran out whilst there were still many diners.... They really needed more than two people on duty..
The location is ideal. It's close enough to all the shops yet far enough away that you don't have to worry about noise. That staff is very helpful.
Hotel was great. Staff were polite and helpfull. Pool was clean and just what you need after walking all day around the shops. The room was beautiful.
Not the hotels fault but the bins were collected in the street about 4.30am every day even Sunday. TAKE EAR PLUGS. The hotel has their windows lit up from the out side which lights up the room at night. Not helpfull. Wi Fi is rubbish. Need to login every 2 seconds and it's very slow.
Pool, room set up, comfy bed. Ever helpful staff.
Wifi was very poor but heh; luckily we were celebrating our anniversary so not too much time for surfing.
Great service from a lady in reception from Spain at the time of checking in and during my whole stay. Nice rooms Awesome about the free refreshments. Adored those slippers.
Is not really soundproof Unfortunately I could hear everything that was happening around. Including slamming doors, and the make up of the rooms early morning.
very friendly staff , one of the best
small room classic
The location of the hotel was excellent (5 minutes walk to the Arc of Triumph and 3 minutes to nearest metro station), and yet in a very quite street. Rooms are well equipped, and they had complementary minibar. Pleasant staff who are informed and always willing to help. I will not hesitate what so ever to stay at this nice hotel again.
The normal wifi (at the name of the hotel) had frequent interruptions. Prior to our leaving we came to know another way to connect to a faster one. Maybe if I complained earlier I would have been told about the alternative. The location of the hotel is not very easy to find as the taxi who brought us to it from the airport had to do some research (while driving !) to find it.
- convenient location - friendly stuff - size and look of the rooms - pool and spa - cleanliness
- breakfast could be better, more choices would be needed
The front desk and bell staff are very attentive and professional. They made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms where very good size for Paris but you paid for the space for sure. The rooms were very clean and kept that way but a good housekeeping team.
The entrance to the hotel is on a side street and faces the service entrance of the Peninsula Hotel on a very narrow street. Very uninspiring for the price of the hotel. The rooms were hot as the a/c doesn't cool the rooms too well. It was August but the weather in town was cool yet the rooms were stuff. We paid a very deal price for a suite so our son could stay with us. The sofa bed in the living area was the worst I've ever seen with a pizza thin mattress and a frame the curved up. The hotel was under a renovation with a concierge desk appearing one morning in the lobby from where none was the day before and there was renovations on the pool going on. Bottom line, this company definitely knows how to run a quality hotel with a quality team but it's just not in a quality location and shouldn't be as costly as it is.
I liked the decor of the hotel and the artwork of the local artists. Location was good. Most of the staff was very pleasant. Good breakfast buffet Nice indoor pool Small boutique hotel Comfortable beds
Breakfast buffet was overpriced. Not much option for lunch or dinner A/C in one of our rooms did not work well even after maintenance serviced.
Spacious rooms Quiet Feiendly staff
Sofa bed for kids
I liked everything!
Hotel was very nice, clean, good location, nice room with good staff but not quite sure if worth the money. If for what we got we paid 20% less it would have been excellent hotel.
Expensive; we are used to staying in some of the best and most expensive hotels and do not mind paying the price if facilities and comfort is provided. Here unfortunately, we didn't get the "wow" effect expected for the price. Then again it's Paris with all rooms being naturally small so the negative perception might have just been our different US standard of expectations.
Lack of friendliness...perhaps French attitude of indifference. Expensive hotel should make you feel welcome, coming and going.
Location, comfort, staff and spa...concierge very helpful....will definitely stay there again.
Fantastic 5* experience in a wonderful hotel. Facilities top rate and the attention to detail superb.
Staff was very well versed with the hotel functions. The room was very very nice.
Breakfast buffet was a little pricey for two people. 66 euro. The buffet was nothing special for this pricing. No chef preparing say special plates.
Great hotel and spa got upgraded because it was my girlfriends 30th and two free glasses of nice champagne! Good service and friendly staff ;)
Good sized room, helpful & available staff, friendly & open bar, nice indoor pool. Also email before arrival to find out more about what's going to be important to us - e.g. would you prefer a quieter room but that doesn't have expresso machine, and would you prefer carpeted room or wooden floor, but carpeted rooms have queen size beds, not king size etc.
Breakfast nice but over priced, 'complimentary' mini bar very sparse.
Location, comfortable rooms, spa and especially pool, complimentary add ons, absolute gem in heart of Paris. Worth returning!
- friendly staff at reception and SPA area - nice small firness center and clean nice pool - SPA opened for hotel guests til 23:00pm
- low quality of food, no taste, low choice of fruits and vegetables during breakfast - nobody respects "do not disturb" information - Wi-Fi almost does not work, disconnecting all the time and you need to put access code during each connection (at SPA and fittness area staff did not know access code even) - lack of Finish(dry) sauna at SPA area
excellent concierge service and overall quality
The staff are very friendly
overpriced a bit
