Villa Mazarin  

Sorry; we were pretty disappointed at our stay there. The staff helped us get a cab to return to the airport -- and that was nice.

We didn't like the location, noise, lack of air conditioning (even though they said it was working), small room size, smoke coming through the windows from the cafe below, arrogance of one of the staff members, a room safe that didn't work, and the cost. We were simply prepared for a very different hotel experience than what we received.

Spacious and comfortable room, modern and functional bathroom. Very clean, with all desired conveniences. The staff was extremely helpful. Very convenient location near Pompideau cener, Hotel de Ville, metro, wide choice of restaurants nearby. Free wifi connection in the room.

The safe in my room was broken.

The location was the best part of our stay at this hotel

The air conditioning didn't work very well and couldn't be adjusted. The room needed refurbishing in a big way. The maid service was average at best. The breakfast served each morning was the uneventful and the selection of foods was minimal.

Couldn't organize a taxi for us, as a result, I missed my Eurostar train

Perfectly situated in central Paris for visiting the 'sights'. The duplex room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with coffee & tea- making facilities. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and were always cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast in the delightful cellar was excellent.

Clean rooms, good bathroom, good beds. Nearby restaurants and cafees.Polite hotelservice.

Not a tourist hotel. No information about tours and tourist activity. Quite expencive. Difficult to regulate the temperature in the room when sleeping.

Great staff, nice room, really comfortable bed, superb breakfast, right in the heart of Paris.

Need to maintain the rooms better - loose toilet seat, broken bathroom lights, broken blind, loose banister (dangerous), had to ask to get tea and minibar restocked.

Staff was very helpful and friendly (even lending a taxi driver and umbrella so I could get into the cab during a downpour). Second suite I stayed in was beautifully decorated (Room 54), with a great corner view with its own terrace Charming below ground bar,

The first suite I stayed in was called a duplex but it really wasn'T. Just stairs leading up to a nice loft, but nothing on the lower floor. The biggest problem was that the water up there was only tepid (or cold), but the staff were very helpful and changed me to a smaller, cheaper, but actually nicer suite.

Fantastic location just few meters from metro station Hotel de Ville - Rue de Rivoli - Line 1 and walking distance to the Notre Dame and Les Hales - Maraise. Staff was very friendly even if we arrived late after midnight. The breakfast was very tasty. Room was well equipped, free wifi connection was function. We had room 26 on the second floor in green color. Air-conditioning is function. I recommend this hotel to people who would like to stay in Paris and feel the real Paris atmosphere.
