Staff were very nice. The beds particularly comfortable. Rooms excellent. Location good. Plenty of restaurants and cafes for breakfast. A great place to stay.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Very nicely appointed and though it has an understated facade the location and the rooms were terrific

limited public space and the subterranean bar-lunch was unwelcoming

I just loved everything about the hotel. The room was wonderfully appointed, the hotel was fantastically situated right in the Marais neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, cool people ... and right next to Hotel de Ville and close to the Seine ...

we thought that the breakfast availability had been discontinued as there was no mention of it in room information and no signage at all. On last morning saw that it was in basement.

The room was fantastic - very roomy, clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly. All logistics (booking, payment, etc) were handled very smoothly.

We loved everything. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Helpful staff and clean, well furnished rooms that were, by Paris standards, positively huge! I liked the Claris toiletries and the bath robes which added a touch of luxury. We were able to leave our luggage after check out which enabled us to enjoy our final day. The location was great-a few metres from the metro andlots of places to eat nearby. A lovely, small hotel with everything you could need.

Location was excellent

Staff lacked social skills. Did not offer assistance or show to the room. No mention of additional services such as breakfast. Very expensive for the standard.

Excellent location for the nightlife we wanted. East to get the metro just over the road for east travel to other parts of Paris.

Small room (in comparison to what we usually stay in) but I understand is quite a good size for Paris!

Fantastic location in the Marais district. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice size room with modern ensuite.

A little noisy in the early morning

Location was perfect for seeing the sights, room was very clean and robe and slippers provided also good supply of toileteries. We had a lovely stay and were well treated.

Not easily found was in so called gay quater of Paris, not that I mind but it would have been nice to know. Carpet in reception area poor not the right impression to give. Parking expensive €36/day

The hotel itself was great; beautiful rooms (we had superior one with twinbeds), great location in very lively area of Paris. I would highly recommend for couples and anyone who wants to have a good hotel. Extra: Metrostaton Hotel de Ville thirty meters from the front door of the hotel.

We went down to the salon for having a breakfast sunday morning at ten o´clock(one hour before the end of breakfast-time). They could not arrange a breakfast for us because nearly every items were in the end. I cant help wondering what would have happened if we´d paid it beforehand...

The staff were all very friendly and most helpful.

The bedroom was very dark.
