rust, prima bedden,iedere dag schone handdoeken en lakens , leuke inrichting,prima verbinding met metro (heel dichtbij,) goede service aan de ontvangst desk badkamer had een loodgieter nodig, kraan van wastafel zat totaal los, er ontbrak een rubberringetje bij de waterslang van het bad zodat water alle kanten opspoot. |

Ligt midden in wijk de Marais, personeel is vriendelijk, kamers verzorgt en ruim. De airco was al geruime tijd stuk en hiervoor kregen we korting op de eindafrekening. Prijs kwaliteit: geen ontbijt inbegrepen. Ontbijt kost 12 euro p.p. en was drie ochtenden precies het zelfde (dus geen enkele variatie) |

Het hotel is voorzien van alle comfort nodig voor één nacht verblijf in een rustige omgeving en centraal gelegen. De douche was niet bruikbaar wegens lek in darm. Dit dient vermeden te worden door permanent nazicht van de kamers door het personeel. |

We had duplex, with the bedroom on the top floor. Rather quiet for being at the corner of a very busy intersection in the Marais. It was very nice to wake up, open the windows, look out over the Parisian rooftops and hear the hum suddenly turn into the cacophony of a cityful of people going about their day. The staff were quite pleasant as we bumbled through our rudimentary French-- they all spoke English but we wanted to practice. The service was great: minor details were handled; we got robes within a few minutes of calling downstairs; and the room came with a space heater to customize our temperature, which was great as Paris was particularly stormy during our visit. The WiFi was fast enough to knock out some last minute work. To be perfectly honest, I found the artwork in the fifth floor hallways to be a little jarring, but it wouldn't stop me from booking up there again. Also, I would prefer a key card that I could carry rather than a traditional key that has to be left at the desk, but then again, I guess the liability is theirs instead of mine. |

Mainly the location. Nearby a metro station (line 1). The room was big (especialy for a Paris's hotel). There was a receptionist named Loic who was very helpful, willing and qualified!!! I think that the room was cold or not warm enough. And the air codition wasn't working correct. |

Booking on the net can sometimes be a lucky dip. In this case very pleasantly surprised by the room which was a reasonable size (big for France) very clean well decorated and everything worked. Well located for the Marais the main museums and the Left Bank. Everything a short walk away. We mainly used the hotel as abase so cannot comment on the other facilities. |

Very friendly, helpful and respectful staff - a real highlight! Beautiful large and light room (we had a superior double); perfect location; free W-LAN at the room. Highly recommendable. Note that the hotel has a very cosy little bar/restaurant in the basement. Unfortunately we only noticed it right before our departure (we thought the menu in the lift was advertising the café next door) The air conditioning was a bit loud/dominant and could not be turned off. |

Location and friendliness of staff was excellent. Very clean room and good size. I will definately be staying ther again on my next business trip. Breakfast was just right. It would have been nice to have had an outside bar during the summer where one could smoke. I ended up having to sit in the bar next door which was a shame. If there had been a table and chair on the balcony I would have sat up there which I would have preferred. |

Great location, walking or metro to anywhere you need to go. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and there was no extra charge for the wireless internet. no slippers! |

this is our 3rd stay at the villa mazarin. the staff is always very friendly helpful and eager to speak english, which we greatly appreciate. we love this hotel and consider it a home away from home. the rooms are cozy and decorated beautifully and the breakfast is something we think about all year long! (the breakfast manager this year was a delightful young woman who gave us excellent service!) i appriated the addition of some hooks in the bathroom. i would humbly suggest hooks by the door for coats. (i love hooks) |

Location of hotel, size of room. The power went out on the block for about 5.5 hours and the manager was very accommodating; however, the next day when my brothers wanted him to fix the heating in their room he wasn't as friendly as he had been during the black out. They never did get the heat above 19C and only provided more blankets. Overall though it was a very pleasant experience. Breakfast not included and was only continental. There was a patisserie down the street though that was cheaper and very good. |

Large and quiet rooms. Free Wifi. After the first night the room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, and first after we complained about it. A strange thing was that we got bathrobes day 1, but not day 2 and 3. When we asked about it we didn't really get any good answer just "sometimes you get them and sometimes you don't". Not a big deal but still quite unusual for a quality hotel. |
