Villa Mariale    

It is in a great location, just 4 minutes walk to the church. Not noisy. More comfortable than what I expected. Would consider again if we travel there.

We arrived very early and allow us to check in early, that was wonderful when you wake up at 3 am...We did not use the kitchen but seems to be very well aconditonated. I have been at lourdes other 3 times and in other hotels the beds are too soft and uncomfortable... Here the beds are comfortable. Silent hotel.. By the way I have realized that a taxi service from the train station to the hotel in the downtown and viceversa cost only 10 euros... Other times the taxi have charged me 20!! So be aware of it...

The hotel is in the central location and in quiet area of Lourdes, walking distance to Sanctuaries and town centre. Convenient access to car park. We stayed in the 4bedroom on the 9th floor no. 13. Room was spacious and clean and well supplied in everything that You need travel with family(a real small apartment) with a view partly no other hotels and partly on the mountains. Staff was very friendly with good English. We would come back to this hotel again

The location, the parking lot, the hotel staff (very friendly, attentive and helpful) and the overall look of the apartment room where we stayed.

The only thing I didn't like was the bunker bed in our apartment room (the top bed was almost unclimbable, we had to put the mattress on the floor) and that we had to make the beds (they left the sheets on top of them).

2 room apartement, clean, with small kitchen. Close to everything, walking distance to sites. Good for kids. Good value for money, parking lot, which in this place is KEY!

Excellent staff. They have extended all possible help. If you are looking for budget friendly yet a standard hotel i would reccomend this one.

The apartment was large and the price fantastic. The hotel next door has a nicer lobby but the room size was half and at double the price. The location was great, close to shops, restuarants and the grotto. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely recommend. Great price for the size of the room and location.Free wifi at lounge area is a plus.

I guest expected for a 3 star hotel. Rooms are not cleaned and made up daily. However, on request they will replenish towels and clean room.

The Staff are very helpful and accommodating. It's good place and affordable. Very peaceful and the important thing is very near to the main place the Basilica of our Lady of Lourdes. If we will comeback to Lourdes we'll go back to Villa Mariale.

Just the sofa bed, it's seem so dusty.

The apartment was simple and clean had all the basic fascilites. Friendly staff and responded to our requests promptly. I will return to this apartment again if I go to Lourdes next time.

Would have been better if there was a mini super market to buy food stuff like crosoants, bread and other such food items.

It was a great value for the money with nice clean rooms and kitchenettes so we could cook our own breakfast.

We bought the 5 person suite and a double for 5 adults and it worked out really well. Had we gone with the "1-5" person suite it would have been way too tight and we would have needed a cot.

Salle de bain peu pratique, une douche serait plus appropriée ( baignoire trop haute ) et propreté limite. Pas de volet, rideau occultant trop petit.

Nous étions accueilli aimablement. Le personnel est très sympa.

Rien à dire

La qualité de l'accueil; les enfants et moi avons apprécié l'accueil le la part des gérants de l'hôtel, notamment leur compréhension concernant les petits tracas logistiques que nous avions personnellement. Ils nous ont facilité la vie. Un grand merci à eux!

Les ustensiles de cuisine sont peu nombreux; cela n'a posé aucun souci en soi, on s'y est adapté. Mais il s'agit juste d'un détail qui serait à améliorer. D'un côté, je comprends que les conséquences de l'inondation d'octobre 2012, étaient telles qu'il faille un peu de temps pour reprendre totalement le dessus...

El buen trato y amabilidad del personal del hotel, su sonrisa y deseo de solucionar los problemas. El hotel está muy cercano al centro de la ciudad y el santuario de la Virgen de Lourdes. Es tranquilo.

La limpieza es deficiente. Debería mejorar, tanto en zonas comunes como en los apartamentos. Algunas zonas comunes estaban cerradas (gimnasio). Algunos detalles en el apartamento serían muy útiles para estancias cortas, como por ejemplo, disponer de lavavajillas y bayetas de cocina. La climatización se controla centralizadamente y eso hace imposible las variaciones según el momento del día o la noche. No obstante nos dejaron un calefactor.

La saleté, la vétusté : Sol des pièces sale : pas de nettoyage réalisé sur les sols. Canapé très sale (taché de sang). Couloir très sale. De plus pas de produit de nettoyage) à disposition. Téléviseur fixé au mur de façon très légère, risque de chute importante si on le bouge !!

Staff molto gentile e posizione centrale perfetta sul lungo fiume, immerso nel verde. L'appartamento che avevamo per 5 era grande il giusto e molto comodo
