Comfortable hotel nice main room was very large with good facilities and lovely views Bunk rooms in family suites were small and beds were quite narrow for older children. |

Convenient location on bus routes 1 & 2 for the railway station, the Petit and Grand Ports, the south end of the lake, railway station and town centre. Ask for free bus tickets at Reception. Fridge in room. One free high-speed Internet terminal in hotel lobby. No kettle, coffee- or tea-making facilities in the room. No microwave. Breakfast not included in the price. Did not take massage, sauna or hamman as they seemed relatively expensive. Bus does not run after about 20h00 - phone hotel to ask about shuttle bus; hotel is up a steep hill which could be an issue if you don't have transport for pushchair or wheelchair. |

Great place to relax and chill out, probably, best hotel in aix les bains. Nice swimming pool, beautiful location, extremely friendly stuff, will come back!! It will be nice to have a free "navette" to go to the lake as it is quite far away, and there is not much public transport |

Relaxing environment and excursions organised by Vacances Bleus representative swimming pool guard was extremely picky with anything we did he didn't like, but didn't seem to have any problem with French guests behaving similarly |

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Ausstattung mit Bus-Fahrplan: Empfehlenswerte kleine Stadtrundfahrt mit der Linie 2 bis Grand Port - Freifahrt mittels Hotel-Ticket. Gutes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Schwimmen im hoteleigenen großen Pool. Balneologische Anwendungen. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung dort und konnten das umfangreiche Angebot nicht nutzen. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen war hinsichtlich Preis/Leistung i.O. Leider keine Klimaanlage, deshalb bei 35 Grad tagsüber, nachts in den Zimmern noch sehr warm. Einrichtung inzwischen etwas abgewohnt. |

rustige ligging, comfortabele ruime kamer + zijkamer voor 4 personen,menu was goed en betaalbAAR (19 EURO). De routebeschrijving was waardeloos, ook de aanduiding aan de kant van de weg. |

Lekker sauna lanndschap en een lekker zwembad Jammer dat kinderen onder de 14 niet de sauna in mogen dit staat niet op de site ontbijt een beetje chaotisch tot 9.30 mogelijk en daarna gaan de stekkers ook gelijk uit de koffie warmhoudplaatjes en te laat bijvullen van broodjes |

personnel du centre de balnéo très sympathiques et les soins sont bien Jolies chambres mais dommage que le restaurant impose un seul menu pour les repas et qu'il n'y ai pas de vestiaires au centre de Balnéo ; les équipements du centre sont un peu restreint (pas de jacuzzi , pas de bains à bulles) |

Le personnel était très peu sympathique.. Le site parlait d'une kitchenette dans la chambre alors qu'il n'y avait qu'un lavabo et un frigo! Les bains étaient .. tiède donc pas très agréable! le sauna minuscule.. Bref rien ne faisait envie! |
