отличный парк,уютный семейный номер,близко расположен к центру Марлиоз расширить мини-кухню( чайник, микроволновая печь,посуда, приборы),изменить условия бронирования |

Such a lovely hotel we stayed an extra night. It was so relaxing and the gym, pool and spa were a real bonus. Good value for the standards we received and very reasonable prices in the bar |

Our kids was not allowed to use the pool because they had the "wrong" type of swimsuits,their swimsuits apparently looked like shorts.The guy was very rude. |

Convenient location on bus routes 1 & 2 for the railway station, the Petit and Grand Ports, the south end of the lake, railway station and town centre. Ask for free bus tickets at Reception. Fridge in room. One free high-speed Internet terminal in hotel lobby. No kettle, coffee- or tea-making facilities in the room. No microwave. Breakfast not included in the price. Did not take massage, sauna or hamman as they seemed relatively expensive. Bus does not run after about 20h00 - phone hotel to ask about shuttle bus; hotel is up a steep hill which could be an issue if you don't have transport for pushchair or wheelchair. |

Bien indiqué sur la route, et internet en wifi gratuit Hotel de campagne qui a mal vieilli et qui ne sais pas mis a niveau, l'accueil moyen, la surprise de découvrir une chambre sans grand rapport avec les photos sur le site, le repas du soir en chambre pas en raccord avec ma commande et la gastronomie est surement un mot étrange pour ceux qui font la cuisine dans cette hôtel. Un bémol face a tous cela, les équipement Thalasso ferme tôt je n'ai donc pas pu en profité... |

L'amabilité du personnel : merci particulierement à l'animatrice du club enfant. Resto de qualité. Ambiance très sympa. La chambre famille "top". Chambre un peu veillotte mais propre. |

La chambre était correcte. Le petit déjeuner copieux. L'infrastructure est très "minimaliste". Il n'y a pas assez de place pour le monde présent dans le spa. Le centre est assez "vieillot". |

ensemble correct et propre. personnel accueillant. chambre spacieuse. piscine au top. serviette de piscine trop petite. Pas de renouvellement de peignoir quand celui-ci est trop mouillé. restaurant un peu cher pour les plats proposés |

Chambre double adaptée à une famille avec deux enfants. Les prix restent correcte, les prestations (piscine...) sont excellentes. La déco, et notamment celle des chambres, serait à revoir. Il manque peu être des chaussons pour aller avec les peignoirs lors de l'accès au spa. |

les soins, je n'ai jamais eu un massage californien aussi bien, c'etait royal. plusieurs choses, ils no'nt pas voulu changer mon peignoir humide avant les soins, et il faisait frais, du coup j'ai eu froid, et la nourriture n'etait pas à mon gout, l'entrée trop simple, les legumes bof, et les desserts vriament pas bon, bref j'ai été deçue par le manque d'attention du personnel et la qualité du repas. |

chambre famille ok (1 petite chb avec lits superposés indépendente pour les enfants). Personnel (accueil, pisicine, et surtout club enfants) très sympa. Restauration bon rapport qualité prix. parking ok. Pas de clim donc un peu chaud ... |

Le cadre, la piscine Climatisateur crachant de l'air tiède dans une chambre sous combles surchauffée du 3ème étage. Après réclamation on m'a fourni un ventilateur mais c'était intenable jusqu'à minuit passé. |
