I liked the location and the kindness of the staff. the room I got this time (I stayed there before) was too small. The size of the rooms must be made clear when the booking is done. |

Although located in the busy Montparnasse area, this hotel was very quiet. Expensive breakfast but if you're in Paris, you can have breakfast at every corner of each street. The park house is very narrow to drive in. Only experienced drivers can get to the bottom floor (which is foreseen for this hotel) without touching walls. |

The beds are extremely comfortable. The shower is to tiny: you cannot stand properly unless you are really short and there is only a small glass coverage so you get water over the whole bathroom. There were guest reviews alerting for this and I though it would not be so bad, perhaps it was someone tall. It is very bad, very tiny, for all that are taller than 1,5 meters. Also, the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom, and without any sink to wash your hands before you leave. You have to open the door of the toilet room and the door of the rest of the bathroom before you can wash your hands. That is disgusting. |

Considering the price, and the central location, the hotel represents very good value for money. The room was a good size, and very clean. Good bathroom with separate loo. |

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and always find it extremely convenient and friendly. It is a particularly charmingly located building, with garden and court-yard Since my last stay the hotel has introduced free Wi-fi in the rooms (previously it was charged) which I regard as a huge asset to any hotel. It is odd that the rooms are provided with minibars which are empty, though it is not clear if they are operative. |

Location: Hotel is in a busy area with plenty of restaurants/cafes, a supermarket, a cinema etc. Yet it is quiet, as it is located off the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a dedicated baggage storage room (under video surveillance). The room had a small fridge. We got a reasonable rate of 70 eur per night (excluding breakfast and wireless Internet). The double room we had was possibly the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but ok if you are out exploring Paris most of the time. The bed (double) was quite small too (queen size). |

Short walking distance from Montparnasse station but very calm environment. It seems to be refurbished recently and very clean. The double room I stayed was not very large but I think it is reasonable space if considering the good location. |

Location, price. I stayed in room 608, the bathroom smelt a little of sewage and the ceiling above the bath was angled making it almost impossible to stand and have a shower. Despite that I would recommend this hotel and stay their again. |

The inner garden guarantee very quiet rooms. The hotel is between 2 different underground stations. The position is perfect to visit Montparnasse or Paris. Even if it's a no smoking hotel, there was a persistent smell of smoke in the bathroom, probably coming from the air system. |

We had a great time in the hotel, we were surprised actually, because for what we paid for, this is an excellent choice to stay in Paris. Very close to the metro, just under the Tour Montparnasse and two blocks from Jardins des Luxembourg (very relaxing park). Definitely excellent for the city-tripper! The blanket on the bed and the bed cover could have been clean/smell better. But this is a minor issue. Some people complain about everything in this website, we rather liked it and would go back if we go to Paris. |

great location! we love to go near the Tower of Montparnasse and its restaurants ! Nice staff, we asked for a baby cot and they installed it in our room. The hotel is not on the road, so it's really quit. Classic rooms. Rates are a bit expensive - not a big difference between normal and luxe rooms (only small difference of bedsize). Rooms are not very original, but it was clean! |

Right beside Vavin metro and direct line from Gare du Nord. The hotel is set back from the road, you walk into courtyard before the main entrance and made it quiet and secluded. Room was a corner unit and was lovely and bright. 2 huge windows that opened out to a view of the courtyard. Very clean and spacious for Paris hotel. Loved the area, one street over was lined with creperies (every shop!!) quick links to all the main sites and very parisian feel, rather than touristy. Would def go back again! |

The free internet was a plus and the hotel is close to the metro with connection to the rail stations for transport to Airport and TGV Charged for a superior room which smelt of smoke and had to change room to smaller room which was not smelling of smoke. |

Hotel was in a good area with many local restaurants and was close to several tram stations. We did not use as we walked to the sights. The desk staff was great Esp Mr. Ali who answered all our questions. We had looked for an hotel with parking as we had a car for the rest of our trip and their parking was easy and worked out great. The rooms were tight but it was what we had expected. |

The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance (and the hotel is easy to get to with at least 2 metro stations very close by). Our room was neat and tidy and the service was helpful and friendly, and no, we did not have any problem using English... Excellent value for money. We will be back, definitely. |

Across from the metro, on the left bank and a few minutes away from the Latin Quarter, the hotel offers modern and comfortable accommodation in a typical Parisian building. |
