Were able to accomodate the fact that we were arriving late. The room was well air conditioned and had a shower even though the description said it would not. |

Garden and location Tiny rooms, no door to ensuite toilet, shower not ensuite which was explained on website but communal facilities very poor way below the standard expected at the price, hotel carparking exhorbitant the price not stated when reserving space and very difficult to access our car got scratched overnight |

It was a very friendly hotel with nice staff and it was well decorated in a pseudo classical way. The garden was also a lovely pretty place in which to relax. |

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment (however no building works interfered with our stay) and the rooms that have been redecorated are beautiful, including some of the shared areas such as the dining area. There is also a lovely little garden area, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately one of the rooms we had booked was not one of the refurbished ones,and was also in the basement and in comprison to the other rooms just seemed of a lesser standard, however, the staff were brilliant and moved my friends into a new room as soon as they could. |

Location is good, near see and main restaurant and shopping streets. We had a room on 1st floor - side to the street. We could not open window - because it was too close to the street.. |

The hotel has a good location right in the middle of Nice close to the beach and restaurants. We came by car and could easily park it next to the hotel. The style of the room has a nice touch (we got a free upgrade to a superior room which was decorated in Louis XIV style). Breakfast was good and staff was friendly (especially the owner). There was nothing negative. Overall we had a very good experience. |

it was very nice!the staff was very friendly and halpful.The situation of the hotel is exactely whot i searching for. Near by everything, the beach,the old town the charming street with shops. I come back in Villa Rivoli :) |
