Our 1 bedroom apartment located on the garden floor is loved by guests coming to Monaco for business or for their holiday. The flat is peaceful, large, nicely decorated, very comfy and clean. An exceptional environment, a comfortable bed, peace and quiet, quality and quiet air-con installations, a large bathroom and comfortable shower. INDEPENDENT entrance and private parking space. The bedroom itself does not offer a sea-view but there is a private guest-terrace with a pool and sea-view. The guests will enjoy a large private sitting-room where there is an extra sofa-bed. Please contact us privately if you wish to use that extra sofa bed. We are very well located, close enough to Monaco but without the noise, traffic and pollution of Monaco ! Our house is 300 meters from the sea (with little private beaches). Covid free & safe apartment : LARGE PRIVATE & SEPARATE SPACES, GELS, GERMS KILLERS AVAILABLE, we are ULTRA CAUTIOUS AND CAREFUL. Trampoline in the garden available for children. We accept maximum 2 adults and 2 children. An extra cost will be asked if more than 2 adults.
We are a family with 2 daughters and a little jack russell dog . We are very sportive, love Monaco and the Riviera quality of life. We love hiking, paddling, swimming and cooking ! We put a lot of efforts to make our guests happy and spend a lot of time with the guest-apartment to make sure it is perfectly clean when guests arrive. We remain flexible and provide anything extra the guests might require. We also spend time explaining the environment, the places to see, we recommend restaurants, museums, etc. We provide extra beach towels. Guests can use the private terrace anytime also for working, chilling down or smoking. We can also provide transfer ride to the airport (please contact us privately is you wish a ride) . The day before your arrival, we always send you a welcome message with the road directions.
We are lucky to be located at 300 meters from the beautiful Sentier du bord de Mer de Cap d'Ail (costal path) and only 25 min walk to the famous Mala Beach. If you need some groceries from town, it is only 5 min walk away. Cap d'Ail is a very nice location also if you want to visit Monaco (10 min by car) or Nice (20 min by car). Places and villages to visit around : Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Menton, Beaulieu, Villefranche, Eze and Italy : Vintimille or San Remo (45 min drive).
