The hotel was close to Metro and in a cul-de-sac. I enjoyed the quiet. the internet service was slow, and the room was a little small. Sufficient for a single traveler, but a little tight. |

Excellent Location, Courteous staff This should not be a 4 star hotel, the rooms were very small unlike other 4 star hotels. The aircondition was a joke it only makes noise rather then cooling the room, the corridor was having a bad odour. |

The hotel has good location near the city centre but not like it mentioned (only 100 meter distance!!). The hotel is Min. 1 km away from the city centre. Air condition works like a hair dryer. Rooms condition does not match the class it mentioned (4 stars)!!! Hotel has no recreation facilities. |

Near to L'Arc de Triomphe, character of a French hotel in quiet location, local market on the door step no real bar lounge area, all part of small reception, breakfast really expensive cheaper to go out to local cafes and soak up the french way of life |

location close to metro, food markets and restaurants tried to add local occupancy tax of 1.85 euros per person per night to the bill despite the initial quote stating all local taxes included in rate. Sign at front desk tried to add this to bill. I declined to pay and was treated rudely, since for 5 persons over three nights this was another approx. 30 euros |

La Cama es muy cómoda y el baño está muy completo. Está cerca del Arco del Triunfo. Aunque está cerca del arco del triunfo, es difícil de encontrar ya que se encuentra en una calle que ni aparece en la mayoría de planos de la ciudad. |
