Hotel centrico muy tranquilo con pocos ruidos y la habitacion grande.El servicio de desayuno de muy buena calidad

Deficientemente conservadas las habitaciones. No funcionaba la bañera ni el toallero electrico y las paredes estaban un poco sucias.

La localización del hotel es muy buena

El personal del hotel. Nos reservaron un transfer para el aeropuerto por el cual adelantamos 15 euros en recepción. El coche no sólo no llegó a la hora sino que pretendía aparecer con 15 minutos de retraso. Cuando nos quejamos por la situación, el personal del hotel no fue capaz de darnos ninguna solución y tuvimos que buscar un taxi en la calle y parar uno.

Ubicación del hotel

Este hotel no ofrece los estandares de un 4 estrellas Luxe. Hemos cambiado de habitación por no funcionar ciertas instalaciones en el baño. En la nueva habitación, tampoco funcionaba.

La tranquilidad, el estilo y los productos de aseo.

Hubo dos días con importantes problemas eléctricos y no funcionó la señalización de evacuación. Tuvimos que bajar a oscuras por una escalera que encontramos iluminándonos con los móviles. Las puertas de los armarios no cierran y hay azulejos rotos en el suelo del aseo.

General hotel ambience and appearance on entering the hotel was good.The breakfast area was pleasant and airy.

The air conditioning system was abysmal and one of the wall mounted grilles fell off and injured my arm. The staff said that no other rooms were available, which I did not believe, and could not provide any portable fans to give any cooling. A poor experience.

It was very quiet and the staff was friendly, they helped me every time I needed something for the baby. I would like to return next time I go to Paris. It is not modern, but it is very clean and nice.

Hotel staff was very friendy and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good especially the coffee. Good location very close to Metro station.

What wasn't to like! I loved the unusual layout - it was a great use of space and felt very light. Really comfortable surroundings, combined with extremely helpful and courteous staff and a very smart room. Would definitely book again.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was the best I've ever eaten with a hotel, the location was great and the room charming.

Although the room was charming it needs some work. The chair, though silk and beautiful, was threadbare; the carpet, though a pretty blue and regal looking had some stains; the bedspread, though elegant, looked like it was old. The hotel needs some refurbishing investment, but perhaps that's why the price was so good?

Charming, good location

Good location, friendly stuff, central yet quiet

One major problem that I couldn't learn (or failed to see) about in your site, is that this is a all-smoking-rooms hotel !! The room we got had a very disturbing cigarettes stink. Also, I can't see how this is a four stars hotel. One can see that many years ago it used to be very grand and beautiful, nowadays it feels a bit neglected... broken bathroom floor, etc
