Did not have breakfast in hotel; too expensive for an American breakfast

Not a single thing- it was extremely disappointing- I will never stay
there again and will ensure that as many people in my comapny hear about
this as possible.

The staff, with the exception of the lady at reception, were, surly, bad
mannered, slow and unhelpful.The room was tiny, there were no toiletries
the tv worked occasionally, the room service was extremely slow, and
then they got the order wrong, there was no staff at the bar when I went
there for a drink- this was a very poor excuse for a 4 start htel.

Excellently located for the many bars and restaurants of Le Marais. We
were there when the fire occurred in the Tunnel and the staff were
helpful in trying to obtain information for us - if to no avail.

We had a 'superior' room which was quite large and comfortable but very
shabby. The bright orange bathroom was a shock in the mornings!
Breakfast was very expensive, but there were plenty of surrounding
restaurants as an alternative.

on returning after a meal c12,30am I and 2x other guests waited 10 mins for the porter to open the door.

Staff were very willing to help with any matters or questions raised. Breakfast was good. Being on a small side street the hotel was very quiet. Room was made up exceptionally well each day.

Toilet area was a little small (particularly if you are over 6ft tall!). No coffee facilities in the rooms

The room was very quiet and the bed linen was changed each day

The room should have had better lighting- it was very dark at night and impossible to read newspapers etc!

rooms were quiet. One can sleep there well....and clean. Hotel was nicely decorated although it needs some refurbishement. its pretty central and still quiet...a big plus if you want
