房间设施极其陈旧，家具已经开裂，床大概有十年以上的历史，睡起来极度不舒服！洗手间的瓷砖选用的是极其可笑的明黄色，早上起床后对视觉简直是一大冲击！马桶在热水管道旁边，如不小心很容易被烫伤，浴缸位置放置很奇怪，用起来很不舒服。房间的用具质量都是很差，我们收看了CNN频道仅仅五分钟，收费50欧元！在此之前，没有任何提示和告知。酒店前台职员态度不是很好。我们在客房遗失了一枚结婚戒指，酒店没有任何道歉只是象征性地问了打扫房间的服务生，之后没有任何相关帮助。 |

The hotel is quite conveniently located in a small street off Boulevard Beaumarchais. The room I had was small but still ok. I do not know anything about the French hotel classification but on my personal scale I would rate it as a 2-3 star hotel (but in many cases hotels are rated in classes I would consider to be too high). During my short stay (one night) staff was efficient and not unfriendly (but not friendly either). Breakfast was included in the booking.com rate I had, but it was really bad. Usually they are currently charging 19 EUR pP, from my impression even 9 EUR would be too high. |

Close to Place De Voges, was reasonably priced. Not particularly friendly staff on reception. No advice on things to do and see available. Out of way for taxis. |

hotel was not more than a 3* and at times it felt like a 2.5* hotel. the service was lousy and so were the ammenities. The internet had filters on it and because of this reason i couldn't send e-mails while i stayed at this hotel. |

Wifi, some polite personal, but some is very rude, beautiful inside, but rooms are very small for the 4* hotel Change some of the personal (especially women, which is very rude with everybody), make breakfast cheaper, make some renew in the bathroom, because the bathtube is plastic and when you fill up with water it deformates |

Not a single thing- it was extremely disappointing- I will never stay there again and will ensure that as many people in my comapny hear about this as possible. The staff, with the exception of the lady at reception, were, surly, bad mannered, slow and unhelpful.The room was tiny, there were no toiletries the tv worked occasionally, the room service was extremely slow, and then they got the order wrong, there was no staff at the bar when I went there for a drink- this was a very poor excuse for a 4 start htel. |

Excellently located for the many bars and restaurants of Le Marais. We were there when the fire occurred in the Tunnel and the staff were helpful in trying to obtain information for us - if to no avail. We had a 'superior' room which was quite large and comfortable but very shabby. The bright orange bathroom was a shock in the mornings! Breakfast was very expensive, but there were plenty of surrounding restaurants as an alternative. |
