I especially liked Joanna, the concierge/receptionist. She helped us plan and locate our activities, always cheerful and helpful. The facility was very clean, quiet and very well located, bed was comfortable. There was no coffeepot and coffee making supplies in room, there was no soap dish to hold the bar of soap provided. |

Not sure what to expect from such a small hotel (only 10 rooms) but it was a pleasant surprise to find such an enchanting place in my favourite part of Paris. The staff were very friendly and attentive. |

location, many very good restaurants near by, 2 min walk to metro and RER to Charles de Gaule , small hotel only 2 rooms on the floor, helpful staff,quite place even in the centrum bit uncomfortable pillows- too hard |

Excellent position for sights and very close to the Seine. Small but very friendly hotel. very spacious room and very nicely furnished. Could be quite noisey from a nearby bar. Very early bin collections. |

This was our second time to stay at Villa d'Estrees. The location is perfect; you can walk to anything in Paris. The rooms are large for Europe, very comfortable, well air-conditioned, elegantly decorated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, probably other languages as well. Its a very small hotel, which we like. We have no complaints. |

In primul rand in loc de 4 camere rezervate aveam doar una .Am ajuns la ora10 am si ne-a spus ca avem doaqr o camera rezervata. Pana la urma a trebuit sa stam separati foarte foarte urat . SA o schimbe pe receptionera care a facut confirmarea camerelor . |

O Hotel é extremamente confortável e charmoso, os quartos são muito bonitos e agradáveis, bem decorados e grandes. O ambiente é perfeito para um fim de semana a dois, de compras, passeio por Paris ou de descanso, mas igualmente agradável para viajar com filhos, já que os quartos tem portas comunicantes com o quarto contíguo. O serviço é muito simpático, atencioso e disponível, simultâneamente familiar - no trato muito afável - mas muito profissional e eficiente, nomeadamente na marcação de restaurantes para jantar e transfer para o aeroporto. |

Nous avons grandement apprécié, l'espace le confort de la chambre et la décoration raffinée. Par ailleurs, la qualité de l'accueil et l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans le quartier ST-Michel (Quartier magique) ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. (Important!!! Cet Hôtel mérite vraiment ces 4 étoiles, ce qui est loin d'être le cas concernant beaucoup d'autres établissements parisiens). L'équipement TV un peu vieillissant pour un hotel 4 étoiles supposé proposer des écrans plats. Par ailleurs le WIFI était en panne lors de notre séjour. |

L'hotel est parfaitement situé, dans une jolie ruelle très calme. La literie est très confortable. La prestation de l'Hotel est acceptable lorsque Booking nous permet de payer 185€ la nuit au lieu de 320€, prix officiel! Il ne s'agit pas d'un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est très limité, la salle de bain semble mal entretenue, la télé est une antiquité, la déco est horrible! |
