立地・ロケーションは最高だが、２階で日が当たらず、照明も少ないので暗い。シーツに血のシミがついていた。すぐ取り替えてもらったが、四つ星でこれはないでしょ！と、最初から不快に。 ロビーも部屋も暗過ぎ。レセプションの女性スタッフの態度が悪い。入っていっても顔もあげす、挨拶もしない。テーブルに足をあげて携帯☎で話している。他の男性スタッフはにこやかで感じが良い。 |

Staff was very attentive and solved all reservations and help needed in our stay. Quiet place next to very popular areas. |

The location. Room and hotel were nice. Staff were friendly. At least once they did not change the bedding (crumbs still in the bed), and several nights there were no sheets (only a duvet). "King" bed was two double beds put together so there was a gap. Internet access is based on cards which expire after a short amount of use (staff was happy to provide more but it was annoying to have to re-enter a code often). |

Location was great. The photos of the rooms were way nicer than the actual rooms. Reception and stairs were run down. |

The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is the best-quiet except for garbage pick-up, and late nite revelers. This is the 2nd stay at this hotel and will not be the last! |

Comfortable king-size bed in spacious room, sitting area in room, refrig in room, large bathroom with good water pressure in shower, excellent location with many places to eat right out the front door, exciting night life in area, felt very safe late at night |

Tranquillita` In un hotel a 4 stelle, con i prezzi proposti, ci si aspetta servizi, aree comuni di qualita` diversa. Reception, sala breakfast etc. tutto in una stanza di 12-14 mq. ! |
