The room was small but had character and was very quiet which led to a good night sleep. The neighbourhood the hotel is in isn't very interesting so you always need to get on the metro first to get anywhere.

The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful and always had a welcoming smile. I stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every minute there. Excellently located next to a metro station for ease of getting into the city centre. There is no dinner available in the hotel, however there are lots of little places around to dine and a few great cafes within a minutes walk. My room was always well tended to, the bathroom was wonderful! The room itself had a delightful decor (if slightly dated). If you love city noise, keep the windows open; if you prefer silence, the double glazed windows keep out all the street noises. In all, a wonderful three weeks and will definitely stay again!!

By booking I was putting follwing filter: 4 star, parking, wifi. It was showing 4 star, but for me it corresponde more to a 3 star, there is no parking, and the closest public parking was at 1 km, the wifi is only at reception and first floor, so no one of the point I asked corresponded.

Best Value for Money!! Very good Location, Bus 31 to Arq de Triumph and Bus 53 to Opera! Bus stop 50 meters away. Metro station "Rue de Rome" 500 Meters away or 2 stops with Bus 53. Very good Turkish Rstaurant "sec" just 200 meters away, Mixed Grill plate is awesome!!

Warm welcome,staff very attentive,room clean and very warm,style and decor excellent,v/very quiet No tea or coffee making facilities in room which would have been nice,as we like a cuppa first thing in morning|

Bus Transport into Opera was frequent, convenient and easy. Room, though small, was attractive and comfortable. Public areas of hotel not welcoming. Staff mixed up our wake up call.

Замечательный отель. Все красиво, чисто, приятно пахнет. До станции метро Рим 10 минут неспешным шагом. В округе много кафе, есть пекарня, аптека и пара ночных магазинчиков. Совсем по близости останавливаются автобусы 53,31 и 66. Отзывчивый персонал легко откликается на любые просьбы. В номере сейф, телевизор, фен, кондиционер, телефон, холодильник все как заявлено и все исправно работает. Горячая вода была бесперебойна. В номере убирались, меняли постельное и полотенца каждый день. При бронировании мы написали особые пожелания и их учли. Нас поселили на пятом этаже как мы и хотели. В нашем номере 507 было два окна с выходом на балкончик, причем окна выходили на разные улицы, что нам очень понравилось. При закрытых окнах было очень тихо, да и номера со звукоизоляцией, так что спали мы хорошо. Завтрак шведский стол. За один завтрак с нас взяли 15 евро за двоих, а не с человека как это заявлено при бронировании, так что и этому обстоятельству мы были приятно удивлены. По начитавшись всяких отзывов мы ожидали худшего, но заселившись были приятно удивлены. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Мы там были счастливы! Отель конечно побит временем и есть небольшие недостатки. Двери в некоторых местах обшарпаны и в ванной тоже чувствуется что годы берут свое, но в целом очень хорошее впечатление.Кстати отель мы выбрали за его оформление.

La posizione, la cortesia dello staff, la tranquillità notturna e diurna, l'aria condizionata. in una delle due camere si sentiva uno sgradevole odore di umidità(camera 505);uno dei giorni del soggiorno, nella camera 506, non sono stati forniti teli e asciugamani;da sconsigliare per chi è allergico alla polvere per la presenza di moquette e carta da parati in ogni locale. Per i parametri italiani non corrisponde affatto a un quattro stelle.

Отель довольно уютный, маленький. Все удобства. Приветливый персонал. Единственынй недостаток - отель находится практически на окраине города рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом, из-за этого довольно шумно и далековато добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Хотя любителям пеших прогулок этот отель вполне может подойти.

Bonne literie Déco vieillote, Room service annoncé jusque 1h30 mais impossible d'avoir quoi que ce soit à partir de minuit, petit déjeuner en dessus de tout surtout au prix de 15 euros (pain et croissant un peu passé, choix limité...)

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room.
