Convenient location

Very old decoration, carpets. Pictures on the web site did not match our room, no wifi in the room, very very small bathroom. This place did not live up to our expectations.

The pictures on the booking.com website give a wrong impression of the hotel. Acc. To Booking.com we booked a superior room but our room was in very bad condition and very small. The bathroom was extremely little. The price was much too high compared to the quality! We saw one room that was obviously renovated – this might have been the superior room. For that room we would have payed this price. But for our room the price was too expensive! This was an unreasonable price performance ratio! Especially the parking and the breakfast was not included and was also on top. The complete hotel is not in a good condition and everything is very old. For breakfast you get only 3 portions of butter, 1 portion of honey and 2 portions of jam in plastic– for two people! And no cheese or other spread. Acc. To my booking confirmation the visitor´s tax was included. But when we payed the host said that this is extra and always has to be payed in France! The host was not willing to cooperate. The host also “miscalculated” the invoice and I had to adjust him. Also my intact credit card did not work. So I had to pay with my cash card. So my money was debit almost immediately. I would not book this hotel again. This was no comfortable accommodation and the host wasn´t hospitable.

Very nice old villa, typical for the region, perfect ambiance, very original, for sure with some patina, but this french villa with its balconies and its nice terrace has a lot of charm, especially for people who do not like modern cold huge tourist blocks. Very well located near the harbour (10 min walk), the old town (15 min walk) and the beach (20 min walk). The owner himself serves fresh coffee with fresh croissants on the terrace which is sourrounded by plants and trees. Basic comfort, but clean and best value for money.

I loved having breakfast at the Terrace, surrounded by nature and a dove attentive to my croissant. The view is clear. No need for a blanket , it was a hot weekend, and the bathroom was new, The value for the price is good .

Da es Winter ist und sehr kalt in Nizza war, war es für Schweizer verhältniss zu kal im Zimmer.

Hôtel d'exception !!! Il est rare que le descriptif de l'hôtel et les photos concordent aussi bien avec la réalité une fois sur place. Tout est aménagé avec soin et avec beaucoup de goût. C'est plutôt agréable d'avoir un joli parquet ; calme absolu ; on est réveillé que par l'odeur du café et des croissants. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Je reviendrai !!!

La situation

Rapport qualité prix faible - un accueil peu sympathique avec des horaires très limités et lors de notre arrivée différent de celui annoncé l'état des chambre milite trop de bricolage fait maison et une moquette de mauvaise qualité développant une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre

Die Lage ist in guter nähe zur Stadt - die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig - und tw. mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf Stadt und Meer. es war ein herrlicher Aufenthalt - Vielen Dank an den äusserst bemühten und netten Gastgeber - wir mussten leider früher abreisen - aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Calme, luxe, tranquilite - ce petit hotel a "tout"! A mettre dans le haut de la liste. Excellent rapport qualite/prix!

Proximité avec le port

Le confort, le parking, vague odeur de cigarette, chambre exigüe, robinets d'eau chaude pas standard, risque de s'ébouillanter, salle de bains mal isolée avec le risque d'être vu à l'extérieur, pas d'ascenseur, pas de climatisation, bruits de la rue, réceptionniste pas souriant.

Siisti perushuone. Tilaa ei ollut valtavasti mutta jos hotellissa ei käy kuin nukkumassa ja peseytymässä, se ei haittaa. Vastaanotossa puhuttiin hyvää englantia. Hotellin läheltä pääsi näppärästi bussilla Monacoon. Lentokenttäbussipysäkki oli satamassa kävelymatkan päässä. Kaunis sisäpiha ja rauhallinen sijainti. Liikenteen melu ei häirinnyt nukkumista.

Aamupalasta piti maksaa erikseen (8e/aamu) ja se oli jokaisena aamuna sama: patonki, croissant, kahvi, tuoremehu ja hilloa. Ei hissiä. Vastaanotto on keskellä päivää tunteja kiinni.

Ok beliggenhet i forhold til havn og buss til Monaco.

Daarlig beliggenhet generelt, utrolig lite varmt rom uten balkong, ikke hel vegg inn til bad, terasse for frokostservering kunne ikke alltid brukes; vel langt aa gaa til strand, by og promenade des anglais, anbefales kun hvis ingen andre bedre beliggende har ledig.

M'a permis de découvrir le port de Nice (je connaissais plus la promenade des anglais)
