the lovely garden surrounding the terrace were one takes the breakfeast , the lovely staff, the great athmosphere ,the quietness and privacy ,the very clean and full of light room and bathroom .definitly a place to stay .( convenient parking) |

absolutely nothing hotel was grubby dark shower,toilet sink located in room barely room to close door, no soaps shampoos gels etc, towels reused left to dry in room,quite disgusting and all for over 100 euros a night no breakfast |

The location of the hotel near the harbour and old town. A nice and friendly "family"-hotel. Felt the price was too high compared to the standard of the hotel, at least for the standardroom |

It was quiet, extremely clean with good service and very friendly staff. For a French Hotel the rooms were a good size and it has a relaxed atmosphere. |

Villa was really beautiful. Room was very small. Location was not what was promised. Not 3 minutes walk from the beach. It was 15 minutes walk from the harbour and half an hour from the beach. |

The owner - Nicholas Baradel is really a personality and doing a great one-man-show. The position - the hotel is close to it all but not really in-between. The originality - of the old building, an old villa which reminds you of Nice's old (better?) days. |

Small hotel, room was large and nicely decorated with a nautical theme. Very quiet location and convenient for the old town. Pretty patio garden for breakfast. On site car parking. There seems to be just one person running this hotel and he wasn't there most of the time. Reception no open till 5 pm. Also, the towels in the bathroom were terrible - really old and grey, and not enough of them either. A shame as everything else was lovely. |

Nothing - the hotel was a complete disappointment and we would not stay there again. The room was dirty, and did not look anything like the photos. There were bits of hair on the sheets. We were very glad we were only staying for a night!! |

die Villa selbst, die wundervoll, idyllische Frühstücksterrasse mit günstigem Frühstück und daß einige Zimmer Balkon hatten u hell waren. in der Hotelinfo stand nirgends ein Hinweis darauf, daß zw. 13-17 keiner da ist! Die Bäder sind superklein.Wer auf Sauberkeit Wert legt, ist dort fehl am Platz-nicht nur, daß die Putzfrau schlecht putzt, sie hat auch dauernd etwas vergessen: total verstopfter Abfluß in der Dusche, alte Handtücher weg, aber keine neuen hin, keine Tüte im Mülleimer.... |

Petit hôtel correct proche du port de Nice et de ses commerces, dans un quartier assez calme. Terrasse agréable. Parking privé. Problème de connection wifi. Salle de bains exigües |

bed was klein maar goed, de tv werkte goed, positief was verder dat ik eerder kon uitchecken toen ik een ander hotel had gevonden kleine onhygienische kamer en badkamer, onvoldoende ruimte om kleding op te bergen (open koffers op de grond), geen airco, straatlawaai |
