We cannot find the word to express our gratitude to the couple runing the hotel as the the whole stay was just beyond our expectations indeed !When we arrive they took the time to take us to our room wich really nice decorated with taste.There was no noise at all as the hotel is in a residential area facing the sea.The terrace is a delight and one can linger on having coffee and croissant.The pld town is 10 min walk away and didn t use our car.thank you again.

Why so much luxury in such a little place!!!We were amazed as we arrived at the villa with the warm welcome and the general atlmopher of the place.The balcony was a plus and the front terrace really pleasant so we could enjoy the sun already there in february.The garden has a wonderful mimosa.great stay !

We the best time ever .The location is outstanding as well as the service.rooms are just full of light with a small balcony overlooking the garden.so peaceful.! The breakfast as well is good and simple but for the price I wouldn t complain.The evening we didn t want to go go out and the owners prepared a " cheese fondue"...unexpected !!!!

A dream !!! We found by chance this hotel and we loved it;It s nested in the middle of a residential area and thou 10 min away from the city center.The hotel/villa is so close to the sea that one hear the waves and sometimes the seagulls.The terrace is very protected from other houses and then totaly quiet and peaceful. The owner was kind to direct us to the best restaurants and for instance the visit of viila rothchild which is a must .We shall come back!!!!

We chose this villa by luck and the choice was just the good one.The reception,tiny, but cosy lets you in a wonderful hotel with every thing one wants.Large bedrooms,and bathrooms.(we learnt more renovation were on the way !!!!)The mild wheather at the time allowed us to have our breakfast outside by the front terrace.It s amazing so much charm in one place .We know already we will come again as not only Nice is fun to visit but it s good to know a place is here to wait for you as long as room can be available .

Sheer luxury! We so much appreciated the way we were treated.Rooms are spacious with large bathroom , at least ours !We had the chance to join the owner on his speed boat from st jean cap ferrat and this made the trip memorable.thank you again. The wheather permited us to have breakfast on the lovely terrace where the famous grapefruit tree stands . a great place to stay .

Unhelpful and rude receptionist / hotel manager - extemely reluctant to give any help. Very narrow spiral staircase to rooms and no lift available. Lights on the stairs on timers - but not shown where the switches were or shown to the room. Left to drag the bags to the room in the dark without help. The Wifi is advertised as being available in the public area but it was turned off and only turned on upon request and then immediately switched off again. Room was very basic and the handle on the bathroom door was broken. The price for this kind of room is far too expensive at around £100 a night.

We valued the hospitality of the owner/manager and his eagerness to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

It s difficult to find so much confort and luxury in a little hotel!We were treated like kinds as you walk down the staircase to the terrace area where breakfast is served.Best bread and croissant .The room was renovated with wooden floors , new tiles and taps in the bathroom. We had rent a car and the parking was really convenient.Don t hesitate to ask the owners about restaurant and landmarks to see. Really a must !

It was a quiet place with a nice "breakfast-garden".

This is a lovely little maison d'hote, run in a relaxed way by a delightful owner who speaks fluent English. The location is great, close to the port and central Nice. Altought it is near the main road it's a real sanctuary from the bustle of the city and has a little garden. The decor is charming and very individual.

In view of some slight oddities, I’m not sure if it was good value for money, although I might be being unfair as I’m not familiar with Nice high-season prices. My room (no. 6) adjoined the neighbours terrace where they were having noisy mealtimes inches away from my open window and I didn't feel very private in my room (although it would be fine in cooler weather with the window closed).

Good location not far from most things in Nice and on the Bus line to Monaco. A friendly breakfast service in the morning.

The bathroom was tiny as in you can't sit on the toilet and shut the door and this was in the superior room! Shower was also very small.

We came for the 4 th time.The last visit was a very glamorous and expensive and heartless...when we decided to come back we chose a more intimate and less obvious hotel.This old converted Russian house is set beautifully against the coastline looking the sea .charmily decorated room was given to us .The host offered us a speed boat ride which was scintillating.The breakfast is more than we needed and made our stay memorable.Our Norvigian neighbourgs did also express their delight as selected this special place. This hotel to anyone looking for a unique experience of accomadation with an easy reach of centra Nice, even Villefranche or cap Ferrat.

Location - servizi - personale - sporco e ammuffito - ladri, per quello che offrono dovrebbero pagare I loro clienti. Non si meritano neanche una stella. E' uno scandalo che voi proponiate un struttura del genere.

L'hotel è piccolo accogliente e di classe; non trppo lezioso, ma curato. la posizione è molto strategica, nel verde e silenziosa. La colazione può avvenire in un delizioso giardinetto interno.Il proprietario è accogliente discreto e attento.

C es par hasard que j ai reserve cet hotel qu es une vrai merveille de confort et de chaleur humaine.Mes affaires m ameneront surement de nouveau a Nice et je reviendrai.Ma chambre etait vraiment luxueuse avec une salle de bain de gout.Le quartier es semble t il le meilleur de nice, Mt boron a dix minutes a pied de la vieille ville,et la mer tout aussi proche. tres bon rapport qualite prix. Merci au proprietaire si aimable .

La proximité de notre famille, habitant Nice le calme de l'hôtel, vu qu'il est en retrait de la route et qu'il n'y avait qu'une autre chambre d'occuper

la chambre pas encore chauffée à notre arrivée d'où sensation de froid le rapport qualité prix pas justifié trop cher par rapport à la prestation (sdb très petite) décor sommaire et pâs très chaleureux

Nous avons eté supris par l acceuil chaleureux et discret de l otel/villa la malouine.a chambre refaite etait spacieuse et completement aux calme.L odeur du café le matin remonte et les crossants chauds nous attendaient !Nice centre es a deux pas . super sejour.
