Location only!!!! For 30 minutes when checking-in the hotel staff could not find my Booking in the data base. The whole look of the hotel (both external and internal) is very shabby, unpleasant and non-attractive. The upper floor (mansarde) was very warm, opening the balcony door produced too much noise from the street. Old bathroom with black fangus on the shower. Unfair quality/price ratio.

Internet is only available for free in the main lobby. It's not particularly clean (the elevator was smelling vomit). It seems rooms and corridors have not been renewed for the last 20-30 years. It is claimed to be a 4-star hotel but in terms of quality it's just worth a 2-star hotel.

Proximity to the Vavin Metro station - a nice choice of shops and cafes.The room service lady was nice! 1200 checkout was generous also. Television in room boasted two channels. Very small twin room which was very warm. Poorly stocked minibar. For the price paid breakfast at an additional 15EURO each is unreasonable. Internet only in small lobby. Probably 3 star. Some members of staff should consider eye-contact...

The room is very dark, dirty, in bad condition. The arm chairs are dirty and stained, the walls are damaged, the carpets are old and dirty,.... The breakfast was poor It is a pity regarding the price: about 150 euros! It is a shame for the french hotel indutry. I felt ashamed for the foreign tourists who were in the hotel.

Location was exellent, restaurants, RER and metro nearby. The kitchen in the room was nice. The staff was rude and the service wasn't great.

Friendly staff, good location. Very rude breakfast staff, very poor breakfast .... More like a 3 * hotel than a 4* hotel.

Warm room. Easy access to Metro station. Even has easy access to those fascinating area around Montparnasse by walk. Also you can find good restaurants or cafes near the place. The facility is a bit old, I think. Need to renovate in near future. There is a small kitchen attached but no pans or frying pans.

We stayed at the hotel 1 night only, so the only opinion to express is of the cleanliness of the room. Genetally it was ok for the night, but would not describe it as 4 star. The bathroom's black limescale on the tiles demonstrated status of nowhere near four star hotel. Linen/bed sheets was not too white/clean as well.

Not a 4 star hotel. Room dirty, poor installations. Do not recommend at all. Wifi working poorly and only at reception.

Having a small kitchenette in the room was very good. The daily service did not include the washing of dishes/caps, they simply would be left in the sink absoulutely untouched. The sink in the bathroom had a problem, after having mentioned about the problem to the floor manager, something has been done, however the problem was not completely resolved.

The location of the hotel is excellent! The level of this hotel went down, they need to clean their room better and improve the hotel staff. This happens in the last 4 years. Still it worth for ~100 Euros per njight

That it was close to the marvellous gardens of Luxembourg, close to the city centre and that there were neraby very nice restaurants. The hotel was really calm and clean.

The most preference of hotel is excellent location!!! near of Cite, San-Germain, Notre-Dame, Luvre - walking time15-20 min. Room is is comfortable, clean! There is a small kitchenin the room! there is rather 3+ star hotel, not 4 star! hotel is old, but clean. Free wi-fi only in the hall of reception, very slowly. Breakfest is poor!!
