Location only!!!!

For 30 minutes when checking-in the hotel staff could not find my Booking in the data base. The whole look of the hotel (both external and internal) is very shabby, unpleasant and non-attractive. The upper floor (mansarde) was very warm, opening the balcony door produced too much noise from the street. Old bathroom with black fangus on the shower. Unfair quality/price ratio.

Proximity to the Vavin Metro station - a nice choice of shops and cafes.The room service lady was nice! 1200 checkout was generous also.

Television in room boasted two channels. Very small twin room which was very warm. Poorly stocked minibar. For the price paid breakfast at an additional 15EURO each is unreasonable. Internet only in small lobby. Probably 3 star. Some members of staff should consider eye-contact...

Location and comfort in the room for the price payed.

Is not a luxury hotel, for sure not a 4 star.

We stayed at the hotel 1 night only, so the only opinion to express is of the cleanliness of the room. Genetally it was ok for the night, but would not describe it as 4 star.

The bathroom's black limescale on the tiles demonstrated status of nowhere near four star hotel. Linen/bed sheets was not too white/clean as well.

Excellent location (Montparnasse station, subway etc.)

Almost no English spoken at the reception desk...

Location was g8. Warm and reasonably comfortable.

Bath/Shower wasn't particularly good.

The location of the hotel is excellent!

The level of this hotel went down, they need to clean their room better and improve the hotel staff. This happens in the last 4 years. Still it worth for ~100 Euros per njight

Generally nice hotel old but clean and nice people

That it was close to the marvellous gardens of Luxembourg, close to the city centre and that there were neraby very nice restaurants. The hotel was really calm and clean.

good location, with nearby metro and train station. lots of restaurants nearby. not far from shopping and great view on tour montparnasse

initial attitude of the person at front desk was not very helpful, but it change towards the end. hotel room socket came off when i pulled my notebook cable. bathroom tap drop off after i turn the tap.

All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially at reception where we were assisted on a wide range of matters including even doing airline check in and printing boarding passes. The location was extremely convenient for transport, restaurants, walking etc. The cold parts of breakfast were very good.

One of the rooms was somewhat small and just a bit tired but nonetheless perfectly acceptable, especially for the price. The cooked element of breakfast could have been done better, kept warmer etc.
