In the Parisian Latin Quarter, Hotel Abbatial offers private rooms. It is less than half a mile from the Notre Dame Cathedral and is close to Ile Saint Louis.

Hotel Agora Saint-Germain, a designer hotel, is in the heart of Paris, between Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Pantheon. It offers air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms with free Wi-Fi.
Score from 769 reviews Very good
The location was great and the staff were better than most you deal with in North America. The room was small, but adequate, and had everything one would need. Very clean room that was tidied every day along with the sheets being changed. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great location with amazing staff and a comfortable place to sleep after a day of sightseeing.
The wall and ceiling were coming down in the bath/shower due to moisture issues. About a 2'x2' square on ceiling and similar on the wall were mushy and falling into the tub. Not ideal, but the shower was on the other end, so it didn't really affect us.
Small rooms and wi fi was erratic
Location, friendly front desk staff, quiet room if windows closed (even though facing the street), reasonably clean. Showers and bed pretty good.
Rooms are small and a little worse for wear. Lobby/bar seem pretty shabby, but probably par for downtown Paris. Only public parking available, and it's expensive.
Location was perfect with city centrum within minutes walking!
Breakfast was not good, very simple!
The location is very good. A dignified four-star hotel. A bit on the old-fashioned side, but that is part of its charm.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfy. The location, for what we like in Paris is unbeatable. Close proximity to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, the Jardin du Luxembourg and the excellent metro system. We have also stayed at Montmartre and Montparnasse but the Latin Quarter just edges it for us.
The breakfast is on a buffet basis is all very good but expensive. you could however use one of the excellent local restaurants for a 'formula breakfast'
Staff, cleanliness, value, location
Bar not open in August
location is amazing and room was big, very quiet and private
This is not 4 star hotel. The room was big, but 3rd bed that was organized wasn't the real bed but something constructed after we got to the room and asked about it. There were no tea/coffee making facilities, something that is the must in even better 3 star hotel. In general, facilities, cleanness and experience with rudeness of some members of staff (even if few members of staff were very nice) made all of us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. And it is not because this is Paris and standard is different. I've been traveling to Paris since 1999 and stayed in different 3 and 4 star hotels in the same area. I had better experience (facilities/cleanses/stuff) in the several 3 star hotels near this one. The only reason we basically stayed is because we paid the full amount before seeing the hotel/room, believing that it is good value for money.
-Close walking distance to Notre Dame and Maubert train station. -Staff were very kind and friendly (assisted us with emailing a document). -Good restaurant next door.
- Room was small. -Located on loud street.
Service was excellent, very helpful indeed
Price but expected in Paris
This is a not too expensive hotel and is ideal as a base for exploring the surrounding area: St Germain de Pres, Pantheon, Luxemburg Gardens, Notre Dame, Isle de St. Louis etc.
Though there is a bar in the hotel, it never seems to be open
helpful personal, nice classical hotel, rustical furniture, good location close to the city centre
small room, high price for the hotel and for breakfast as well
The location is everything really, otherwise a decent hotel with nice facilities. It looks more than what it is but it is definitely worth the money if you are a young couple on the run.
Staff could have been more informative and the 24/7 bar was closed during our entire stay
The Staff at the Reception. They have been very cooperative
Value versus Money ...!!!
Great location, very near Notre Dame and Sorbonne university. Very Central and rooms comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Value for money.
Although comfortable, the rooms are quite small. Although 4 star, the hotel does not have all the facilities required for such a rating.
Very close to Notre Dame and St Germain
No tea/coffee making facilities in room
Villa Pantheon Paris – A death trap Hotel standard in Paris and often in a lot of cities does not live up to the official starred ranking, especially those who have 3 or 4 stars. That we know. But what happened in this hotel is a completely different issue. We had had chosen the hotel mainly due to the fact that they had family room set up with two connecting rooms which is ideal for us parents travelling with small children. To start with we did not get access to our room before 4 pm since it was not cleaned and made up. That was irritating but minor problem in comparison to what followed. Outside the two rooms there was a small corridor with a separate door leading into the two rooms. This door was the main access to the two rooms. However, this door did not have a lock, it had two door handles which did not work and thus a death trap if you closed it. In other words when closed you were trapped unable to go in or out. I pointed this out directly to the reception who said that they would take care of it right away. When we got back from dinner nothing had been done. I went directly down to the reception again, talked to the evening clerk who was aware of the problem but could not do anything, blaming on the technician who haven’t arrived and told me to make sure that the door did not close by simply “do not close it”… No other rooms were available and he was unwilling to help us with another hotel. Our children were of course scared to sleep in their room not able have their door open into ours, and we too but for security reasons of mainly in cause of fire. In the end I tried to do my best to make sure the corridor door did not shut. We all four did our best to sleep in the same bed, not using one of the rooms. In the morning I got hold of he Manager who said that the door had in fact broken some time ago. I explained the danger, the fact that we could not use the two rooms and that our stay in the hotel was a complete disaster.
Quietness, room comfort, Staff friendliness and location of Hotel.
The weather was not good during our stay.
-The location was the best thing about this hotel.
-The rooms were small. -Parking was an issue for us. -Hotel elevates and its facilities needs an upgrade. -For a 4 star hotel, their Breakfast menu was limited.
I LIKED THE LOCATION, THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY.
I FELT THAT THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL
A very pleasant trip to Paris. A reasonable sized room for Paris, with a view of the Pantheon (601). Friendly staff. Concierge very helpful and excellent English, which helped us a great deal.
The bar was closed, which was a disappointment as we booked this hotel so that we could use the bar after our child was asleep. There was no apology given from the night receptionist. This limited our evenings.
This hotel is so adorable we were in love with its appearance straight away! The staff were friendly and accommodated our English-only-speaking limitation very well. The room we booked ended up being bigger than I thought & it was very clean. It is within walking distance of the Latin Quatre & notre dam station which is great as the choices for food are endless - however it is about 45 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The metro is pretty good though so if ur not keen to walk u can get there pretty quick by train. The air con was fantastic - which is a must for summer, and the wifi was very decent although it was a little slow sometimes. This was not a big issue however as it eventually picked back up quickly. I would definitely stay here again!
Staff were amazing and very helpful Location was great with the bus stop at the door, it was easy to get to the major attractions
Bathrooms were not clean on arrival
Fantastic location and very helpful staff
