Lovely old world atmosphere and feel Location was superb Price was decent No issues with the WiFi Would definitely stay here again
Would've been nice with an extra light in the room for packing etc as it was quite dark Could not find a 'do not disturb' label, which meant the cleaner disturbed several times Included breakfast would've been great
Helpful staff and central location.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and patient. The hotel is very characterful
Staff could not be more helpful polite and happy Location These are the only 2 things going for this hotel.
Rooms are old , tired , WIFI intermittent no matter how many times we re logged in, cleaners did not always clean room dirty glasses left bathroom products not replaced , pillows need replacing old and lumpy, no bar open anytime if day or night, not able to get a coffee after 6pm, noise from other rooms ,
Extremely helpful staff. Clean. Quiet. location.
No room service No tea or coffee facilities in room or the hotel at all. Bar closed. Hard bed. With hind site this was not value for money.
Very friendly staff, nice location close to transport, quiet, comfortable and clean.
REally can't think about anything to say... a kettle and instant coffee / tea in the room would have been great.
Everthing, we have stayed at this hotel many times, the staff are excellent, the location is fabulous, walking distance to Notre Dame.
The hotel was cosy and warm. It is located in the heart of Paris and one can have nice strolls around the area yet use it as a perfect base for explorations (Metro stations close by)
location, bed, breakfast, people
- smell of cigarettes: people allowed to smoke in corridors. - can not boil water in the room
Expensive hotel comparing to the service i paid for , very small rooms , dark colours, toilet not cleaned properly ,dull , quite far to the champelysees around 20€ taxi , effil tower by bus 63 only 15 minuts away, breakfast is basic nothing special .
An excellent location, friendly and responsive staff. The breakfast was high quality and relaxed. I left an IPAD in my room and Sonia on reception phoned me to let me know and then arranged for it to be forwarded to me by post back in the UK. What she promised she delivered. Just one aspect of the good service we received
The Villa Pantheon is well located to see Paris. Near to the Metro and about 10 minutes walk from Notre Dame. Our room was comfortable and clean with a good ensuite. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. There was a laundrymat nearby which was a nice find.
Extreemly helpful staff, great location and easy access. WIFI was always available. The rooms were small but comfortable.
Hotel is getting dated and is in need of a refresh. The hotel bar was "Under Renovation" and was not open at all during our stay, however we saw no renovation while we were there. The Bath and the vent above the bath were dripping. The safe battery was beeping till all hours and the duty manager could not find a screwdriver to remove the dying battery for almost an hour. Everything was eventually attended to, but a little ongoing maintenance would not see these minor annoyances occur in the first place.
Myself and my girlfriend celebrated our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it special for us! They always went over and above what was expected with giving tips, calling restaurants and even including a free breakfest. I couldn't recommend it more.
I was a little hesitant about this hotel, given some of the negative reviews (for example, I opted out of breakfast), but the stay was fantastic. The district around is quieter than other parts of the city, but with plenty of cafe's etc close by; the rooms and the decor are extremely comfortable and homely (granted I have Scottish ancestry, so I'm biased here); the staff were friendly, the room clean. Recommended for couples.
The Wifi worked on my laptop, but not my fiancee's.
Location, staff and generally the whole area, ticked all the boxes.
The bedroom decor very dark.
Decor and size of room and bathroom
Bed was just 2 singles pushed together which were constantly moving and giving backache Heating not terribly efficient TV did not work at all Mini bar key unavailable till over half way through the stay
Friendly and helpful staff. Newly renovated and pleasant bathroom.
The room we had, supposedly a double, was the size of a moderate single. The super-sized bed took up nearly all the space. Little left for suit cases.
location, friendly staff
the furniture was a bit worn out.
their willingness to solve problems in the booking (the booking.com communication in relation to the booking did not include the requirement of separate beds - so they gave us a free room until one which had separate beds could be gotten)
The "aroma" of the place and the breakfast
excellent location, two nice restaurants just across the street, walking distance to saint Michel and Notre Dame, friendly staff (willing to help and provide you with everything) beaudiful decoration, definately going back!!!!!
Great location, very hospitable stuff
A bit too old forniture
Staff friendliness, convenient location.
quality of room was weak. The lift was noisy and it made sleep a little difficult
On the first night, the hotel staff had to move us to another hotel due to "technical issue". They paid the taxi fee for both trips, and they gave us a huge room in the new hotel.
Upon checking the receipt, the room rate for the first night is about 30 Euros more expensive than what we booked. Also they double charged the city tax for the first day (paid once at the new hotel, another time when we check out). Then for some reason they did not include last day's breakfast and we had to pay 18 Euro for it.
