Location, cleanliness and quiet. Friendly réception.
I was told that it is closing at the end of the lonth. Very disappointing.
Very quite comfortable place. The room is really clean .... I enjoyed the stay
Clean, great location, it was in a nice residential area, little things for breakfast.
central Paris 16eme very close to metro tea + coffee + small jams and cakes + toasted biscuits good shower Satellite TV very understanding receptionist
price slughtlt high but that is Paris No hot breakfast receptionist only until 16h30
Very good location, nice residential area. The hotel actually consists of a renovated top floor of a normal appartment building, so it feels like living with the locals. Clean, elegant building. Quick and efficient check-in: just picking up an envelope with instructions and the keys. Same with check-out, fast and easy. Very close to the metro (literally in front of it) and there is a convenience store a few metres from the entrance. Modern, spacious room with good Wi-Fi.
Very noisy in the morning due to lack of sound insulation and staff closing doors loudly. Staff ignores "do not disturb" sign on door and barges in for "service". Sanitation equipment in the bathroom makes a lot of noise even when doing something simple like washing hands, which would be unpleasant for any guest in the room. Paint is coming off from the walls above the bed and in the bathroom -- overall the room was not in the best shape; if visible items like this are left to deteriorate, what else is going on in hidden areas? A bottle of water from the mini-bar costs €3.50, in many hotels at least the water is free.
The staff were excellent and very informative.
Reception desk limited hours
The room was for a trip to Roland Garros, but was still convenient for Paris. It is straight outside one of the underground stations, in a very nice residential area. I would stay again even if I was not going to the tennis. Defiantly one of the better equipped rooms for the price. Has TV, blue ray, free WiFi (decent speed as well), coffee & tea making faculties, room safe. The hotel is above an established apartment building taking over the seventh floor. This makes the building and hotel very personal with plenty of local character. The room are new and are set out in a hotel style not knocked together apartment rooms.
If I had to find a negative, it would be no bath in the room. But it did have a clean bathroom and lovely shower. So all in all not a real problem.
The location was perfect for visiting Roland Garros for the French Open tennis. The room although was small was fresh, clean, bright and had everything you could need
The hotel was in a quiet location, and quite easy to get to once you understand the metro line. Close to metro and RER C, walking distance to Port D Auteil and Roland Garros. Comfortable rooms.
No breakfast served, but not a huge problem.
Nice quiet area, hotel is on 7th floor of a residential building. Metro and Taxi stand in front of the hotel.
Great location. Metro about 5 steps from front door. Seine river with Eiffel Tower view one block away. Grocery just around the corner. Reception person speaks English and is very nice and helpful.
Room door can be opened easily from inside even when locked. I had to block it to keep my toddler from opening it.
Sait had very good custtoner help.thanks
The building is very dark at entrance.
