Hotel mic, murdar, cu camere foarte mici, baie cu igrasie, chiuveta infundata- curatenia lasa mult de dorit. In schimb e bine amplasat

Location of the Hotel was great. We did not encounter any issues with it being in Pigalle; there were three of us- me, my husband and my female friend. Bed was large and comfortable, as it was in my friend's single room also. Very quiet location, was able to get much needed rest easily. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but looks like they need to do some maintenance on the painting, and the bathroom definitely needed to be tended to (mold issues on the shower enclosure caulking). I had e-mailed the hotel to ask if they could move us to the best superior double that they had as it was my 10 year anniversary, but if this was an upgrade it was disappointing.

Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly & helpful member of staff who informed us that due to a bathroom flood they had moved our room reservation to one of their sister hotels the Villa Opera, a short walk away. The room was as we had expected, small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Everything was clean, the staff were polite & friendly, the area was pleasent & the breakfast ample. We enjoyed our stay & would visit again.

Sistema de água ainda oscilante (a temperatura ficava oscilando) Café-da-manhã deixou a desejar por estarmos na França (pouca variedade de alimentos - nenhum queijo francês!!!!) Quartos e mobiliários antigos demais!!!

Bom dia,O Hotel possui um café da manhã maravilhoso e muito farto, tem um horário de café muito bom e é próximo ao metro. é uma estação bem prática.

Albergo a 2 minuti dalla metropolitana in zona tranquilla e centrale, le stanze anche se piccoline sono molto accoglienti, calde e pulite. Tutto il personale è veramente disponibile!

Kedves személyzet, minden nap takarított tiszta szobák, nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, nagyon jó fűtés, mindig azonnali meleg víz.

Kicsi-zsúfolt étkező, reggelinél a túlterhelt személyzet nem győzi a kiszolgálást. A reggeli viszont finom. A fürdőszoba lehetne modernebb is.

Acceuil et contacts très sympathiques. On se sent "en famille". Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié.

Sa situation géographique, proche de l'Opéra Garnier, en plein coeur de Paris.

Ses fenêtres fines comme du papier: les bruits de la rue me parvenaient depuis le 4ème étage! Ses moisissures dans la salle de bains, sur les murs. Son petit-déjeuner dans une salle minuscule et forcément bondée, avec une seule serveuse aux heures de pointe, et presque plus rien à manger sur le buffet dès 9h, ou juste un bout de baguette avec 3 minuscules viennoiseries sur la table. Pour un 3 étoiles, c'est plus que léger!
