Ideale Lage, Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer lag zum schönen Innenhof, daher viel ruhiger als an der Straße. Kleine Badwanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion (aber keine Dusche). Kostenloser Kaffeeautomat und kostenlose Croissants im Foyer, Wasserkocher mit Tee/escafé im Zimmer, Regenschirm bei Regen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war wirklich nicht schön und renovierungsbedürftig, alles ziemlich dunkel. Zimmer war recht hellhörig, da Frühstücksraum nebenan. Besonders blöd war, dass das Lüftungs- und Heizungssystem (Oktober!) ganz schön laut war - selbst wenn es nur der Nachbar an hatte... Zum Glück hatten wir Oropax dabei, denn es gab keine Abhilfe (und kein Preisnachlass bei 160,-/Nacht). |

Für ein Hotel in Nizza sind die Preise akzeptabel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. In der Eingangshalle stehen jederzeit Kaffee und kleine Gebäckteilchen zur Verfügung. In der ansonsten leeren Minibar erhält man pro Zimmer 2 kl. Flaschen Wasser gratis (ein Minibar-Set kann man käuflich erwerben). Es gibt einen kleinen kostenlosen Internet-Terminal im Eingangsbereich. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Überall duftet es gut. Die Lage ist recht zentral und doch ruhig, vor allem die Zimmer zur Gartenseite bieten Ruhe (zur Straße hin lässt man die Fenster besser geschlossen!). Das Frühstück für 17 Euro entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen bzw. dem Angebot in vergleichbaren anderen europäischen Hotels. Für weniger Geld kann man besser in einem der zahlreichen Lokale, z. B. an der Promenade, frühstücken. Das angegebene deutsche Fernsehprogramm funktionierte nicht. |

This hotel is a small & very comfortable hotel. When walking into the hotel it always had a lovely smell about it. It is close enough to the water and also walking distance to lots of eateries and the train station. We loved the proximity to everything. |

We loved everything about the Villa Victoria. Location, staff, the room was wonderful, clean, quiet. We are definitely coming back to Nice and will stay at Villa Victoria. |

Location was convenient to the best of Nice, including the old town and the sea, both of which were just a 10 to 15 minute stroll from the hotel. The room, looking out on to the garden from an upper floor, was a reasonable size and the bathroom very clean. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Both the bath towels and the walls were a bit thin. (It was possible to hear folks in the next room.) Definitely a three star that is preforming above its ranking, thanks to the care that was taken to keep the hotel looking its best. Breakfast was a bit pricey but very nicely presented. |

The position of the hotel is very good. Not far away from the Promenade and the railway station and from the center, too. Two free bottless of water and tee and instant coffee bags and kettle. Street rooms are too noisy, first towels were dirty. Broken shelves in the bathroom also some problems with the sink. |

The location is very good! The hotel in itself is lovely, the room design is very nice. The garden view room was simply romantic. The garden in itself is a gem. The bed was old and hard. My back felt that. The wifi security is so complicated that Macs cannot access. Only suitable for PC but then the whole web access has to be reset. Very strange security setup. Hardly anything to blame the hotel, however their IT consultant is way off. |

We liked the location - Victor Hugo Boulevard is a lovely street. We liked having a fridge in the room for our use and tea making facilities. We had a room at the front - next time we would prefer a room overlooking the garden. The staff were excellent and most helpful and pleasant. We hope to return and if so would certainly stay at Villa Victoria. We thought the breakfast was very expensive therefore did not have breakfast. We went out to a cafe for a continental breakfast. |

easy access to ground floor room. nice garden area to sit out at breakfast time. free coffee in lounge area was a nice touch. room 2, which we had, had a humming noise that sounded like a central heating boiler constantly firing up. bit annoying when trying to get to sleep. breakfast nice but at 17euros expensive. |

Car park is infront of the hotel which was excellent. Coffee was awesome, and it was complementary downstairs at the front desk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Not sure whats so exciting about the garden but its still worth a look) Would have liked to stay longer ;) |

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The room opened onto a large garden and terrace and was lovely. The location was a 5 minute walk from the waterfront, and 15 minutes from the Old City. The area was safe and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our television did not pick up CNN or SKY TV. Either one would have been nice for English speaking guests. Also, the pillows were a little small and worn out. |
