The staff as usual were extremely helpful. The hotel is so central for the beach, old town, shops and restaurants. All within a few minutes walk. |

very pleasant and professional personnel.parking place in front of the hotel. well located garden room with balcony.nearby towncenter at walking distance. breakfast ok but not cheap. Many good breafast opportunities however in direct neighbourhood or even sea boulevard. |

The location to the pedestrian restaurant bar areas and boulevard des anglais is perfect. Situated in a quiet (ish) street. Very basic amenities. Drinks are available via vending machines and there is no real bar/lounge facility |

The staffs were extremely helpful when the car battery died. They helped up to jump start the car and it saved us a lot of time! The hotel is located in a really nice residential area, and it was reall convenient to walk around in Nice. |

This was a very comfortable and well-located hotel, whose staff (one in particular) were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. It had tea and coffee making facilities, but the hotel also provide non-stop coffee and simple cakes in the lobby. |

The hotel was beautiful, especially the garden. Our room was large and very comfortable with a standing terrace. the security system of leaving the key to the rooms in cubbies behind the front desk that was sometimes unattended was a bit disconcerting. |

A charming and comfortable hotel. Very well-located. Room offered refrigerator and hot carafe for tea/coffee, both welcome touches. The triple we occupied was roomy, so quite enjoyable. Plus each bed had a reading light! |

Friendly staff, close proximity to town, pleasant atmosphere and surrounds, quiet wireless internet in room malfunctioned however I was reimbursed the cost of breakfast for this inconvenience. |

I brought my elderly mother to Villa Victoria for a short trip to Nice. It was very clean, modern, and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms we stayed in had plenty of space. The staff was helpful and my mother enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is very convenient as well. |

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, walking distance to place magenta, place massena, promenade des anglais and a bit further to old town. Baby bed kindly provided by staff before asking. |
