The staff were very freindly and the location was good. The garden was a bonus. The hotel could have had internet access. The bar was small and maybe the hotel could do more to get guests to meet and chat in the garden. A happy hour for guests to meet each other. |

friendly people working in this hotel...eating breakfast in the lovely garden, spacious room and the overall atmosphere. The airconditioning could be working better and preferably with less noise... the noise was the only thing that was annoying. We had to turn the system off in order to sleep... that meant no airco... I think there should be some anti-slip system in the bathtub and a system to help one lift themselves out of the high bathtub... a hand bar would help... the step in and out is quite high |

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and spoke brilliant English. The location of the hotel was excellent and was spotless. Our room was beautiful and kept very clean. The fridge was also very useful with the warm weather. |

All the ladies speak good English and are very helpful with the guests' many enquiries. There is coffee-making facility in the room and this is very important. The showers function well and the bathroom is very roomy with even a separate make-up corner. The staff are honest. |

It was a good location They advertise private parking available however there is only room for 4 cars and you need to book in if you want to use and there are obviously more than 4 rooms in the hotel - not everyone gets use of this and you then have to park on the street and pay. The same people had the carpark for the whole time I was there. |
