Gentilezza dello staff. Conoscenza base dell'italiano che permette una migliore comunicazione. Pulizia camere e spazi comuni. La colazione completa a 17,00 euro è un po cara. Si può fare anche una colazione con 2 brioches e una tazza di caffè a 5 euro, ma viene servita in locazione poco adatta, andrebbe servita nella stessa sala di quella completa, basterebbe una verifica del consumato da parte dello staff. |

La posizione, tra stazione e centro città, è molto comoda e il giardino dell'albergo è delizioso: una piccola oasi in città. Camere e servizio corrispondono agli standard internazionali Il prezzo è leggermente elevato, il 20% in meno sarebbe appropriato. Decisamente eccessivo il costo della prima colazione. |

La cortesia del personale, sempre molto gentile. Sono stati talmente cortesi che abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio anche durante il giorno in cui abbiamo lasciato la camera! |

Ottima posizione.... due passi è siete nel cuore di Nizza, hotel è pulito e gradevole, sono attenti a soddisfare le esigenze della clientela....alla dx della reception trovate sempre brioche e caffè espresso particolari che fanno la differenza in una città cara come Nizza.... Il portiere di notte non parla nè italiano nè inglese!!!!!! |

This hotel is a small & very comfortable hotel. When walking into the hotel it always had a lovely smell about it. It is close enough to the water and also walking distance to lots of eateries and the train station. We loved the proximity to everything. |

We loved everything about the Villa Victoria. Location, staff, the room was wonderful, clean, quiet. We are definitely coming back to Nice and will stay at Villa Victoria. |

Location was convenient to the best of Nice, including the old town and the sea, both of which were just a 10 to 15 minute stroll from the hotel. The room, looking out on to the garden from an upper floor, was a reasonable size and the bathroom very clean. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Both the bath towels and the walls were a bit thin. (It was possible to hear folks in the next room.) Definitely a three star that is preforming above its ranking, thanks to the care that was taken to keep the hotel looking its best. Breakfast was a bit pricey but very nicely presented. |

The position of the hotel is very good. Not far away from the Promenade and the railway station and from the center, too. Two free bottless of water and tee and instant coffee bags and kettle. Street rooms are too noisy, first towels were dirty. Broken shelves in the bathroom also some problems with the sink. |

The location is very good! The hotel in itself is lovely, the room design is very nice. The garden view room was simply romantic. The garden in itself is a gem. The bed was old and hard. My back felt that. The wifi security is so complicated that Macs cannot access. Only suitable for PC but then the whole web access has to be reset. Very strange security setup. Hardly anything to blame the hotel, however their IT consultant is way off. |

We liked the location - Victor Hugo Boulevard is a lovely street. We liked having a fridge in the room for our use and tea making facilities. We had a room at the front - next time we would prefer a room overlooking the garden. The staff were excellent and most helpful and pleasant. We hope to return and if so would certainly stay at Villa Victoria. We thought the breakfast was very expensive therefore did not have breakfast. We went out to a cafe for a continental breakfast. |

easy access to ground floor room. nice garden area to sit out at breakfast time. free coffee in lounge area was a nice touch. room 2, which we had, had a humming noise that sounded like a central heating boiler constantly firing up. bit annoying when trying to get to sleep. breakfast nice but at 17euros expensive. |

Car park is infront of the hotel which was excellent. Coffee was awesome, and it was complementary downstairs at the front desk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Not sure whats so exciting about the garden but its still worth a look) Would have liked to stay longer ;) |
