Goede ligging tn opzichte van strand en binnenstad. Vriendelijk personeel en een nette kamer. Nespresso apparaat in de hal met cakjes en croissants aan het einde van de ochtend. |

Hotel onderscheidt zich van de massa hotels door een persoonlijke touch inrichting, sfeer (ook door de grote binnentuin) en bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. |

Goede ligging, uitstekend en vriendelijk personeel, goede service Men adverteert met Wi-Fi verbinding doch deze werkt met een zeer zwak signaal. Bovendien is de computer in de lobby oud en kapot. |

!!! sterke ligging : wandelafstand van strand (privé strand mogelijk), station, winkels / FANTASTISCH VRIENDELIJK en BEHULPZAAM PERSONEEL !!!! Helpen u zich te oriënteren, helpen u bij keuze restaurant, maken u wegwijs, ... Ganse dag gratis Nespresso koffie : ik reisde al veel, maar dit maakte ik nog nooit mee ! Hotel om bij te houden en naar terug te gaan !! Absoluut !! Geen restaurant en geen zwembad in hotel, maar eigenlijk weet je dat vooraf. Dus ik kan dit niet echt als klacht formuleren. |

Villa Victoria is centraal gelegen in Nice, op loop afstand naar centrum, station, zee en restaurants. Klein en gezellig hotel, maar voldoet wel aan comfort. Hotel heeft mooie grote tuin, waar men kan ontbijten. Kamers aan tuinkant zijn rustig. Helaas zijn kamers wel gehorig. We konden de mensen in de kamer boven ons constant horen lopen. |

This hotel is a small & very comfortable hotel. When walking into the hotel it always had a lovely smell about it. It is close enough to the water and also walking distance to lots of eateries and the train station. We loved the proximity to everything. |

We loved everything about the Villa Victoria. Location, staff, the room was wonderful, clean, quiet. We are definitely coming back to Nice and will stay at Villa Victoria. |

Location was convenient to the best of Nice, including the old town and the sea, both of which were just a 10 to 15 minute stroll from the hotel. The room, looking out on to the garden from an upper floor, was a reasonable size and the bathroom very clean. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Both the bath towels and the walls were a bit thin. (It was possible to hear folks in the next room.) Definitely a three star that is preforming above its ranking, thanks to the care that was taken to keep the hotel looking its best. Breakfast was a bit pricey but very nicely presented. |

The position of the hotel is very good. Not far away from the Promenade and the railway station and from the center, too. Two free bottless of water and tee and instant coffee bags and kettle. Street rooms are too noisy, first towels were dirty. Broken shelves in the bathroom also some problems with the sink. |

The staff were friendly & helpful. Tea, coffee & pastries were always available in a small downstairs area. The garden was also very nice. |

The location is very good! The hotel in itself is lovely, the room design is very nice. The garden view room was simply romantic. The garden in itself is a gem. The bed was old and hard. My back felt that. The wifi security is so complicated that Macs cannot access. Only suitable for PC but then the whole web access has to be reset. Very strange security setup. Hardly anything to blame the hotel, however their IT consultant is way off. |

We liked the location - Victor Hugo Boulevard is a lovely street. We liked having a fridge in the room for our use and tea making facilities. We had a room at the front - next time we would prefer a room overlooking the garden. The staff were excellent and most helpful and pleasant. We hope to return and if so would certainly stay at Villa Victoria. We thought the breakfast was very expensive therefore did not have breakfast. We went out to a cafe for a continental breakfast. |

easy access to ground floor room. nice garden area to sit out at breakfast time. free coffee in lounge area was a nice touch. room 2, which we had, had a humming noise that sounded like a central heating boiler constantly firing up. bit annoying when trying to get to sleep. breakfast nice but at 17euros expensive. |

Car park is infront of the hotel which was excellent. Coffee was awesome, and it was complementary downstairs at the front desk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Not sure whats so exciting about the garden but its still worth a look) Would have liked to stay longer ;) |

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The room opened onto a large garden and terrace and was lovely. The location was a 5 minute walk from the waterfront, and 15 minutes from the Old City. The area was safe and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our television did not pick up CNN or SKY TV. Either one would have been nice for English speaking guests. Also, the pillows were a little small and worn out. |
