Великолепный отель. Очень чистенький, очень уютный. Понравился сад во дворе отеля с беседкой, шезлонгами, садовыми качелями. Мы по утрам выходили с чашечкой кофе во двор и слушали пение птиц. Хорошие завтраки - все свежее. С 11.00 и до вечера работает кофе-машина бесплатно с круассанами. Интернет в номере работал без проблем. Персонал очень внимательный и обходительный, исполнял любые наши пожелания. |

Хорошее расположение.Оформлены со вкусом как интерьер отеля, так и номера.Без особых изысков, но рука хозяйки чувствуется.Особо отмечу наличие чайника в номере.Персонал адекватен, всё по-человечески, внимательно и по-деловому. Надо бы заменить матрасы на более новые и жёсткие. Выгнать из садика комаров и цикад :)) Первые редко, но залетают, а вторые трещат по-стахановски, неутомимо. |

Отель понравился. Очень удобно расположен от пляжа (5 минут), от ж\д вокзала - 10 минут (мы ездили в Монако, Канны, Грас, Париж), до улицы с магазинами для шопинга - 5 минут. Есть где отдохнуть - удобный холл с кофе-машиной и большим телевизором, небольшая библиотека (мы добавили в нее русские книги - детективы и "Мастера и Маргариту" Булгакова), свежая пресса (на французском). Также замечательный садик, окруженный цветами и деревьями, со столиками, лежаками и креслами. Все очень понравилось. Пожалуй, можно было бы немножко разнообразить завтраки, все-таки 15 евро за завтрак приличные деньги. |

Хороший персонал и обслуживание в отеле. Понравилось что предоставили номер с окнами в летний сад, вместо заказанного номера с выходом на улицу (где довольно шумно). Немного косметического ремонта в номерах не помешало бы. А так же у меня в номере не работала сушилка. Ну и завтраки по 18 евро - это совсем не айс. В остальном все супер! |

We had a very enjoyable four night stay at the Villa Victoria. The staff were very pleasant, our room was clean & comfortable and as we were at the back overlooking the courtyard it was quiet during the night. The hotel is in a nice area of Nice and central for the beach, shopping area, transport and not too far from the Old Town.The buffet breakfast was fine if a little limited but the coffee was excellent! No criticism of the hotel, but we could not find a restraurant in the area that did not require a second mortgage taken out to eat there! |

This hotel is a small & very comfortable hotel. When walking into the hotel it always had a lovely smell about it. It is close enough to the water and also walking distance to lots of eateries and the train station. We loved the proximity to everything. |

We loved everything about the Villa Victoria. Location, staff, the room was wonderful, clean, quiet. We are definitely coming back to Nice and will stay at Villa Victoria. |

Location was convenient to the best of Nice, including the old town and the sea, both of which were just a 10 to 15 minute stroll from the hotel. The room, looking out on to the garden from an upper floor, was a reasonable size and the bathroom very clean. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Both the bath towels and the walls were a bit thin. (It was possible to hear folks in the next room.) Definitely a three star that is preforming above its ranking, thanks to the care that was taken to keep the hotel looking its best. Breakfast was a bit pricey but very nicely presented. |

The position of the hotel is very good. Not far away from the Promenade and the railway station and from the center, too. Two free bottless of water and tee and instant coffee bags and kettle. Street rooms are too noisy, first towels were dirty. Broken shelves in the bathroom also some problems with the sink. |

The location is very good! The hotel in itself is lovely, the room design is very nice. The garden view room was simply romantic. The garden in itself is a gem. The bed was old and hard. My back felt that. The wifi security is so complicated that Macs cannot access. Only suitable for PC but then the whole web access has to be reset. Very strange security setup. Hardly anything to blame the hotel, however their IT consultant is way off. |

We liked the location - Victor Hugo Boulevard is a lovely street. We liked having a fridge in the room for our use and tea making facilities. We had a room at the front - next time we would prefer a room overlooking the garden. The staff were excellent and most helpful and pleasant. We hope to return and if so would certainly stay at Villa Victoria. We thought the breakfast was very expensive therefore did not have breakfast. We went out to a cafe for a continental breakfast. |

easy access to ground floor room. nice garden area to sit out at breakfast time. free coffee in lounge area was a nice touch. room 2, which we had, had a humming noise that sounded like a central heating boiler constantly firing up. bit annoying when trying to get to sleep. breakfast nice but at 17euros expensive. |

Car park is infront of the hotel which was excellent. Coffee was awesome, and it was complementary downstairs at the front desk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Not sure whats so exciting about the garden but its still worth a look) Would have liked to stay longer ;) |

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The room opened onto a large garden and terrace and was lovely. The location was a 5 minute walk from the waterfront, and 15 minutes from the Old City. The area was safe and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our television did not pick up CNN or SKY TV. Either one would have been nice for English speaking guests. Also, the pillows were a little small and worn out. |

The location of the hotel was great for walking to the Promenade des Anglais, the old town and Place Massena. The hotel staff were all very friendly and very accomodating on our early arrival with our 20 month old toddler in assigning a room for us. Whilst the breakfast was pricey, it was worth the experience during a short stay if only for the lovely setting in the garden! |

We liked the staff. They were very helpful. We also liked the relaxing atmosphere of the breakfast area and the garden We stayed on the front side of the hotel. I would know for a future stay to ask for a room overlooking the garden. It would have been much quieter. |
