Good sized room for Paris, easy access to Metro and tram, decent selection of restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby. Quiet and clean. Day staff spoke good English and let us check-in early. One guy in particular was great with helping us with whatever questions or directions we needed help with before heading out. Free wifi with good connection.

They make you turn in your key when you leave each day, which wouldn't be a big deal, but they also lock their door at 2200 and you have to get buzzed in. One of the nights we had to wait outside almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the bell. (The other nights there was a different person working and we were let right in.) Maid cleaned the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

Smell in the room, mix of paint and smoking. Very small bathroom for two peopples stuf. No possibility to charge your mobile next to bed, pretty long way from Champs Elysee etc. Breakfast wasnt so good compearing to price that we needed to pay

Like most Paris hotels showers over the bath do not have guards or curtains thus water ends up on the floor.

Location is good, you can take either Metro or Tram and it is just one street away just few minutes way from station. Staffs are very helpful.

They did not have tea making facilities in the room.

Very friendly and ready-to-help English-speaking staff, very cheap transfer from/to airports, location in 2 steps from metro and buses stops, the beautiful parc Montesouris in 2 blocks from the hotel, nice cafe at the corner. The hotel is very clean, I like the old-fashioned building of the hotel. The cost of breakfast is 9.50 comparing with usual 12-13 euro in Paris.

A very small room, especially the bathroom, even for Paris. Noisy if windows are open. I'd prefer to see the interior more stylish, accoding to the style of the building. The 14th arrondissment is located to far away from city center and the main places of interest, though there's very comfortable transport infrastructure.

Location is very close to the metro. The Hotel staff is collaborative and proactive.

The services provided by the well trained and well mannered staff complete your our holiday on a high note. Those who do not wish to pay so much and do not wish to stay in a crowded Paris, this hotel offers a great location where its only a stone throw away from Porte D'Orleans station. The breakfast was always served with extra smile and that made your food taste delicious even it was just a simple one. Thumbs up to the staff..

Nothing that inconvenienced me during my stay...even though the lift fits only 2 to 3 persons at one time, I think that was what make the hotel unique.

We booked two adjoining rooms as we had our kids with us. This worked out really well. The beds were so comfy, also extra pillows were already in the rooms.

Bathrooms were incredibly small. The the rooms were also small, but this was ok as we didn't go to Paris to stay in our hotel room. The metro stop was just a couple minutes away.

Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and so helpful. Location was a little way out of the town but their was a metro line 2 mins from the hotel which was perfect. The rooms had just been repainted and our room had just had a new bathroom in it. Great value for money.

Bathroom was small but wasn't a problem, you could also still smell the fresh coat of paint, but wasn't too bad.

The hotel is ok, accroding the Paris rate's prices. In other cities around the world, the same hotel price should be more tah 60U$D

the rooms that currently are under booking offer. Fortunatelly to me, the room's heater in my original room did not run, so, I received an up grade room, if it is not, the room number 607 was no according 100U$D per day.

The staff were really helpful, breakfast and wireless is included. It is a very pretty hotel, in a great location, as is easy to get around on the underground, which is close by. Was really good value for money. The lift is cute. Breakfast was yummy.

The room was tiny, as to be expected in Paris.

It was obvious that the owner tried to maintain the hotel in a good state, notable investments in elevator, bath rooms. Breakfast was also better than expected.
